uploading photos from iphone does not work. We get to select multiple pictures but when we click done the app says “No photos “ and we never get upload button. Any ideas?

How to fix Cluster app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cluster app on iPhone
Update Cluster app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cluster iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cluster on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cluster network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cluster Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cluster not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cluster App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cluster » click [Force Stop]

Update Cluster to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cluster App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cluster » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cluster.

Fix Cluster unable to contact server/ Cluster internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cluster » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cluster » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cluster
