I ordered 3 hard cover books, and 1- Title is incorrect, and 2., the first four (4) pages are blank. Please lmk how Cluster can fix the problem. Thank you

Just received 2 books ( copies of the same book) They have the wrong title typed on the front. It’s a significant typing mistake. I need these replaced with correct front. Please let me know how you can remedy this.

Try to find another app

I have been using Cluster for a little over 2 years now to post photos of my daughter for family. It has more or less been a decent experience, though their app can be glitchy, especially when you’re creating photo books on mobile. I found that anytime I’d try to swipe up to review my books on iPhone that it would totally crash out of the book and I’d have to go back in and start over. I got over that aggravation and proceeded to finish my books. When I went to order them, you can only order a single book at a time, so you get hit with shipping for each individual book. A full 100 page book costs $80 plus $8 shipping. They’re only tiny 12x12 books and honestly, $80 is asking too much for the result. Unfortunately, several years and thousands of photos later, I was married to the site and wanted to get my books created so I emailed customer service (Marlene) about the shipping costs which she said she’d credit back after placing my order. Five emails and three months later and I still have received NOTHING back from them. Not to mention the title printing on one of the books was cut off and I asked about correcting that as well. The app is fine if you won’t ever have to pull anything out of it, such as creating books. God forbid you need customer service to assist because it is non-existent with Cluster. I would say go elsewhere and find a better app that has actual support.

Customer service is nonexistent

We really liked this app and so does our family. It’s made sharing photos really easy. I decided to order about $200 with of photo books from them for Christmas presents and even though I got a confirmation that my books were shipped and they should be delivered within 3-5 days, the tracking information still shows it hasn’t been delivered to the carrier (and it’s been 6 days). I’ve emailed cluster through my email as well as submitted a ticket through their website, but no one has responded to my 5 attempts to contact them. There is not a phone number ANYWHERE, so I have zero recourse if cluster decides not to respond to me. It looks like not only will I not have photo books for Christmas, but it’s likely that I’ll be out $200 for items I’ve never received. Really disappointed at the lack of professionalism and respect for its customers.

What a disappointment. Don’t waste your time.

I downloaded this app today to share photos with my friends from a trip we just took. Right out of the gate, I couldn’t even see what I was typing into the field to add group members. Then when I did use the + to add instead, the app crashed three times when trying to add the same person. When I tried it without that person, I was finally able to get to the next screen. But then it wouldn’t upload my pictures. What??! Total waste of time. I ended up making a private album in Facebook which is a route I was trying to avoid.
