How to fix Nick app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nick app on iPhone
Update Nick app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nick iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nick on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nick network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nick Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nick not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nick App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nick » click [Force Stop]

Update Nick to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nick App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nick » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nick.

Fix Nick unable to contact server/ Nick internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nick » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nick » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
