The confirmation text doesn’t come through to any of my US phone numbers so my account could not be activated

The confirmation SMS to set up an account to actually use MooneyGomyCicero arrived 10 minutes after I gave up. It is not convenience when you are forced to troubleshoot an interface.

Randomly rejects perfectly valid credit cards.

Still requires you to print something when paying for parking. Who has a printer attached to their cell phone?!

Repeatedly won’t send SMS to a US number. Too slow to actually load and work with. All in all a disaster of an app.

App crashes when opening your purchased tickets. Waste of money, use the tap cards instead.

MooneyGomyCicero is horrible. It constantly crashes. I tried to use it at the Metro and it kept cashing. Finally, i had to buy another ticket to access the subway. I highly do NOT recommend.

As an American trying to navigate to navigate the public transportation system in Italy, MooneyGomyCicero is the absolute worst. Several times I have bought tickets and they never show up in my tickets. It also does not tell you the bud line you need to get on, just the bus number and nothing else. It also has not shown any train lines for the past week of me using MooneyGomyCicero, but the Train app shows all trains and whether they are on time or not. DO NOT ISE MooneyGomyCicero!!!

Creating an account requires 50 captchas with blurry images. Then it doesn’t send the confirmation sms, presumably because I have a non-Italian phone number. Can’t use MooneyGomyCicero without an account.

MooneyGomyCicero constantly logs me out and when I try to log back in it often crashes. This is very inconvenient as it takes time when entering a busy metro or bus to log back in. Please fix MooneyGomyCicero !!!

Can't wait to leave Rome so I won't have to use MooneyGomyCicero anymore. It constantly logs you out, and when you try to log back in it'll crash. If you do manage to log back in, it will not be able to find your tickets anymore.

MooneyGomyCicero crashes and logs you out constantly. If you use it in multiple cities it won’t track your tickets from a new city, it’ll just show you the old ones from the previous place. So many things wrong with this I can even count them all.

We have been using MooneyGomyCicero for almost a year and it suddenly won’t let us buy tickets and keeps failing on the payment even though we have completely valid cards. Used last week and it worked fine, and now it suddenly won’t work. Garbage

As a tourist I was unable to even validate my phone number to allow me to create an account. This is supposed to be the “best” option out there in Rome to get public transit passes. As far as I can tell they’re all bad and all have the same problems. This is no better than the rest. Wish I could rate 0 out of 5 stars.

MyCicero, the predecessor to MooneyGomyCicero, was trash, but it worked…most of the time. I assume the same can be said for this iteration. After 5 password changes (accepted as valid, but then failed when logging in) and multiple requests to change security settings they send an SMS confirmation (US telephone on data-only eSIM) with no option to send email. 30 minutes wasted. Don’t bother.

nice idea but awfully slow when on mass transit! just opening MooneyGomyCicero might take 30sec and on my iphone 5s is very unresponsive. it should at least integrate with Wallet app to speed up ticket validation or have shortcuts to purchased tickets in the home screen ... don’t you see I always use the same ticket vendor????

I used MooneyGomyCicero religiously for my monthly metro passes. Now there are always gliches and it will not allow me to purchase my tickets with my credit cards anymore! Developers need to FIX MooneyGomyCicero!!!

Amazing but the atac feature doesn't work, even if I redownloaded the whole app. Make Something or it's useless

As a tourist, I am using MooneyGomyCicero for all my journeys in Rome and Naples.

Finding routes is reliable, although buses are not tracked live (at least in Naples).

It took maybe 5-6min to set up May card for in app purchases. From that point, it works for all train and buses. No headache trying to buy ticket locally every time.
