I've used the service a couple of times via Panli购物. Panli购物 is well designed and easy to navigate. It's a one stop shop. You get to shop, track inventory and shipping info. Real time connected to FedEx too. Impressive!!!

I’m writing behalf of its service, not the performance of the actual app. It seems like they only have a couple customer service reps for thousands of clients. Every time I want to get a answer for something I have to message them numerous times. Oh and they lie about their shipping plans. I picked the fasted one which arrives 2-4days for extra premium and guess what it took them 7 days to arrive.

Panli购物 should be taken off the shelf. False advertisement as being the most professional service provider.

You won’t have a clue how much it’s going to cost you for shipping. online customer service is a joke at best, usually takes more than 24 hours to respond and when they do, their answers are evasive.

Been over a month and still haven’t received my package. Tried to ask for a tracking number or any information at all, but just kept got a nonsense reply that wasn’t helpful. After that ..., they just kinda ignored me. Shocked at the service ..., is this a scam?

After recent update it loses its login even when you are in the middle of using it.

New app interface is horrible. It’s impossible to use. DO NOT update to the newer version. I so regret it and wish that I hadn’t updated.

This company is a deceitful liar. I have made 3 orders with total about $150 in the end of February 2020, I haven’t received my merchandises after almost 3 months later.

I used it for a long time and I like every respect of this system. The customer service is wonderful and the product I purchased is always send to me. In a good condition. Panli购物 itself is becoming better and better in every new version.

You can be relax when order everything from them! They can do the best whatever you want!

Panli is a great app if you're looking to shop on Asian sites such as taobao/ t-mall, it's simple to navigate and they're quick to respond.

如果你有在中国网上想买的东西有讨厌淘宝上乱七八糟的事情，panli还不错，可是突然发现淘宝上的海淘运费首重运美国才90 rmb/500g，以前panli运费是最便宜的。现在。。。

As a old customer, I'm so disappointed about their customers service. Excuses always. They couldn't even fix the problems caused by them. New buyers should be really really careful. Do not choose Panli. No guarantee after you paid.
