If I could give zero stars I would! PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid continuously logs you out after setting up biometric login, and then tells you your password is incorrect when try to manually enter it. For example, I ended up having to change my password AGAIN today. I saved the password, AGAIN, and setup face recognition sign in, AGAIN. I logged in and checked my balance with zero issue after changing the password. I got a notification of a withdrawal just an hour or so later so I go in to check it and as usual, AGAIN, it has changed the auto sign in and now asking for my password again. Fine, no problem, I just changed the password to the exact same password I use for everything, so I enter it and no shock at all “invalid password”!! I’ll be removing all direct deposits from this card and will never use PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid again. Absolutely horrific. Not one single other app on my phone has this issue except for THIS ONE, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled it 3 times and still the same problem. It does this on my husbands phone as well leaving us constantly having to go in and “forgot my password” just to login. I also save the passwords in my notes so I can confirm it’s correct as well, so I know it’s PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid . Such a waste of time!!

I mean I literally have had this card for months now for “child support” and I always wonder why it seems as though one minute my balance is one thing but the moment I make a purchase I’m lower than I should be, so I finally check PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid because the money is for my son but I noticed .50 here 1.75 there and it may not be much but ITS MY MONEY so why am I being charged to USE MY MONEY??? I mean the atm is already charging a fee and “SmiONE” is charging an additional fee heck no as of today I will be using my CHIME account they don’t “fee me” for MY MONEY especially considering I’m a struggling single parent who needs every dime at this point especially after COVID

The fact that the state would issue child support beneficiaries a card full of nothing but scam fees is nothing less than disgusting. PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid shows everything clearly with the exception of how I am missing $100 of the $400 in money that has been loaded. I'm calling to have this card canceled immediately thru the child support agency and having paper checks sent. They cannot force this fraudulent card on people already struggling. The old card was perfectly fine. This is just a way to line the pockets of people I don't know with money intended for my children. This is criminal in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and cancel this card as soon as you possibly can.

PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid is pretty basic and has good features but the problem is that when you’re scrolling through your purchase history and get to the bottom of the page, it automatically jumps to the next page before you can read the transaction at the bottom and then when you try to go back it automatically jumps back again...I find myself scrolling up and down repeatedly trying to look at one certain transaction before it auto jumps to the next page.

It should just have a feature where you press “next page” or “previous page” and doesn’t automatically scroll, because I have difficulty looking at the specific transaction I need to see.

PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid is just OK. It tells you the expected balance, not the actual balance. So if you schedule a payment for 3 weeks from now, you can’t see your funds even if another deposit is scheduled for tomorrow. This is confusing. Also, PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid won’t let you schedule payments even though deposits are scheduled. This puts you at risk of missing regular, predictable monthly bill payments. I don’t know this is the apps fault but it’s very dumb. Don’t try managing my budget for me, nanny, just hold the money and let me worry about it like a bank.

I’ve never seen a banking app have the transaction amounts listed on the left. It looks bad and is harder to read. It should be on the right so the decimals line up. And why not show maybe the last 30 days of transactions by default instead of having to select the dates? I’m going back to the other SmiOne app if I can. Both apps need improvement, but this one is trash. The only thing I like about this one is it can use Face ID to unlock.

Overall, it’s the absolute most convenient app for checking the balance quickly. Every few weeks or so, it says host could not be found and I can’t sign in for a day or two. Also, while scrolling recent purchases it jumps from page to page making it very hard to find specific transactions. Other than that it’s nice to see the graphs of where it’s spent, the list of recent deposits and such a fast way to pull up an accurate balance.

I honestly don’t know what I would do without PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid. If you have SmiONE, you definitely have to get PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid! They go hand in hand. Knowing makes a difference and you will know what is going on with PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid and if it’s not on PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid customer service representative are very nice and ALWAYS are so helpful when I get mixed up and lock myself out and can’t remember what I’m doing. Lol Thank you to the SmiONE Team for their patients. 💯Excellent app! I’d Truly Be Lost Without It!!

When card has been used it automatically takes the money off and gives you an accurate amount of what is left. Also, if there is ever an over charge to your accounts it WILL be alerted and the funds will be placed back on your card within a few business days.

PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid gives so much more information about your account and transactions than the website. The site is horrible. This has helped me keep better track of my transactions and I’ve never experienced any glitches or bugs or annoyances

So much easier using PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid then calling the card every time I want to see how much is on my card. I love that it shows you the different categories you spend your money on. Been using PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid for 2 weeks now and haven’t had any issues.

PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid is so simple to use it’s so easy to see all of my charges all my pending charges all of my deposits all of my withdrawals I can even transfer money between accounts with PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid it’s great!It takes the hassle out of having to take The time out of my day to call theRepresentative number and then take God knows how long on a phone call when I can just open PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid see if I got a deposit or see how much money I have left. Very simple quick and efficient!

So far PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid is really good. I’ve only had it a few months. No glitches or freezing up. It’s very simple to maneuver through. It has everything you need plus more. PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid also helps you manage your spending. I would recommend this to others.

Always lets me know when a payment has gone through or when funds have been loaded. Touch ID to login makes it a lot easier to check my balance. Only flaw is that they need their own atm to withdrawal from without having to pay fees.

I love having this versus having to call an automated service anytime I need to see the activity on my SMIONE card. Its so convenient to be able to just log in & see how much money I have, how much I've spent & what transactions are still pending. I also enjoy being notified when transactions have gone through on my card & when funds have been added.

PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid has been so convenient. So quick and easy. It’s up to date ASAP. I don’t even have to keep up with the mail receipts anymore. Yes. I highly recommend PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid to all my customers at my old job working for a convenient store. Anytime anyone uses that card and has any issues with their account, I ask them if they have PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid ! 🙌🏽 love it !

I really enjoy the new Touch ID feature. And how it automatically pops up with the balance. Literally such a quick thing! It’s very user friendly. I use it and even my mother and grandmother are able to use it! 3 generations in 2019?!?! You can’t beat that on user friendly. Quick and to the point and it tracks your spending type too!

I have used PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid for years now. It works great and so convenient when I need to check my balances. I have two cards loaded to PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid and I’m sure you could add more. I think the only feature I would add would be is where I could just look up deposits for certain time periods sense it’s one of the things we need to report when we apply for state assistance. I love PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid because it’s super convenient and it texts me and lets me know when money is spent on my card and also when money is loaded. One thing idk why they have it on there is the percentage circle thing showing what all you spend the money on .. I KNOW what I spend my money on lol idk whether they use that to keep track of what you spend your child support money on or what , but as far as I’m concerned , I’ll spend it on whatever tf I want & it’s nobody’s business lol but overall this is a good app :)

Love PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid! At a touch I can see my balance, another touch can see deposits and dates, another touch and the entry of a start and finish date and I can see every transaction! PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid gives me everything I want and need to help me budget the account for my granddaughter’s needs that are paid by her child support payments. Thank you for making the Simi app so easy!

I use this card for my sons child support and it's a huge uograde from the last company the state had for he child support card - I really love how they are very punctual with notifying you when you use the card and how much you have remaining for balance daily which you can choose the time to receive your notification.

I love PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid but you can’t pay bills with the card unless you put it in the bill payment portion I love that it does give you the exact amount that you have available and doesn’t change a few days later due to old posted transactions so overall I like it

I am so thankful that I don’t have to call or write down and try to remember the balance on my SMIONE card. I receive this card to collect child support for my children and the fact that it categorizes what is being spent and where and I immediately get an alert when it has been used!

I have had many Apps in the past that don’t come close to how easy it is to use PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid. It is very fast, shows your balance quick, and transaction history. I would like the ability to transfer funds from bank to bank.

Love that DOR went with this company for payment deposits, just wish it was years ago! PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid makes it easy to see current balance and transaction information instead of logging into a website or having to call and get charged for a balance inquiry.

PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid is much more convenient than the old way of having to get onto a web site and enter login information each time. Also PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid runs smoothly and I’ve yet to run into any issues. Overall I highly recommend

I love how I can do anything on PlatinumsmiONEVisaPrepaid that I can in the website from my iMac. I can suspend the card and it lets u know when money is deposited or has been used and the amounts. The only problem is, Why did I wait so long to download????
