I open the app and it seems to crash it just goes black and that’s it just open app and I get a black screen I’ve updated the app and phone nothing id working

How to fix VSCO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VSCO app on iPhone
Update VSCO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VSCO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VSCO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VSCO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VSCO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VSCO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VSCO App
1. On android, goto Settings » VSCO » click [Force Stop]

Update VSCO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VSCO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VSCO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VSCO.

Fix VSCO unable to contact server/ VSCO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VSCO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VSCO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VSCO
