2 years agoCan somebody call me and help me with my thermostat. I am an NV Energy customer and something has gone wrong at NV energy this week no matter what I do the app won’t make contact with the thermostat. Somehow my schedule got set to 67 which is way too cold and I can’t change it and NV energy can’t change it. NV energy says they have elevated it to Eco factor, but I don’t know if anything is going on to fix it. Can you help?

changes the target temp settings
works well but it changes the target temp by itself. i set up a temp (cold or hot depending on the season) but will change my temp setting. i constantly watch my temp settings just be sure the target temp is still right. i am tired of constantly checking the target temp. it adds or subtract 2 to 3 degrees depending on usage (ac or heat). i wish nvenergy stop adjusting my settings. i don’t run my ac/heat as much, the only time i use it is to kill the heat during summertime and kill the coldness during winter. STOP adjusting the target temp!!!

Unreliable connectivity and no apparent customer support.
The gateway seems to continually lose connectivity and finally comes back to work at odd times. Since this app has not been updated for two years it seems to be obsolete. I cannot get any technical agents to call me about it. Looks like another brand may be a better choice. I enjoyed using it when connectivity was reliable.

The app just doesn't work
I recently got two simple thermostats. They are intuitive if you just want a digital interface. The app get frozen each time I launch it. Nothing shows up. Can be a great Product if made more user friendly.
