How to fix Pay Less app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pay Less app on iPhone
Update Pay Less app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pay Less iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pay Less on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pay Less network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Pay Less not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pay Less App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pay Less » click [Force Stop]

Update Pay Less to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pay Less App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pay Less » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pay Less.

Fix Pay Less unable to contact server/ Pay Less internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pay Less » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pay Less » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
