Long time ago, it crashed all the time in the store, which made it useless since I couldn’t see my shopping list or coupons.
For a while after that, new versions worked fine. It was easy to browse coupons but I always had a hard time getting it to hide coupons from areas I never shop (like baby products).
NOW it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m on an iPad mini and the coupon descriptions are barely readable even in landscape mode. As tiny as each one is, it still shows very few on the screen, even a big screen. I can’t imagine using it on a phone. It freezes when I try to filter coupons, and scrolling through the list is incredibly choppy. There are hundreds of coupons and I want to scroll the list quickly without having to open each one to see what it is. More hassle than it’s worth.

For the last 2 months, I have not been able to use this app. Every time I try to sign in, I get an error “Please use the email and password used with your account”. I AM using the email and password associated with my account. I can sign in online, but I prefer the app. I’ve used the forgot password link, and after changing the password I get the same error. Obviously my email is correct because I’m receiving the reset password link. If I try to create a new account, I can’t because “this email is already associated with an account.” I have tried restarting my iPad; deleting and reloading the app; deleting the app, restarting my iPad, then reloading the app; deleting the app, reloading the app, then restarting my iPad. What is going on????

My wife is disabled and I work 60 plus hours a week. This service helps us get groceries for our home. That’s awesome for us in terms of time and physical limitations.
My biggest complaint is they hire really young inexperienced workers. These high school aged shoppers have no idea how gross hunts Spaghetti sauce in a can is in comparison to a named brand Spaghetti s sauce. They also have no idea how to choose cuts of meat or produce.
If they’re out of something they are supposed to substitute something in a name brand or a larger size. Problem is they aren’t experienced enough as shoppers to decide what’s better. They don’t usually do shopping for themselves, let alone for a family and it’s not their money so it seems most of the time they don’t care.
