Be carful brothers and sisters…when some device came to you broken or have any problem they will delay you for a weeks to make you despair of replacing the device and force you to accept maintenance for it. The slander here is how you buy a new device and they sell you a broken one. I am in my way to make dispute to Ministry of Commercial to I force them to teak the one broken and bring a device free from faults.
انتبهوا من إكسترا… اولاً يتغافلك البائع ويوقعك على اشتراكات شرحها لك وابديت عدم رغبتك فيها. ثانياً اشتريت فرن وحينما وصل وجدته مكسور ومضى الآن عشرة أيام وهم يماطلون لعلي اقبل ان يتعمل له صيانة على الرغم من ان الفني قال ان سياسة الشركة تضمن لك ان تستبدله لك بواحد سليم. وقد قدمت شكوى ضدهم لوزارة التجارة. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل.

لا أنصح أبدًا في هذه الشركة ، أسلوب التسويق لديهم سيء ، يقدمون عروض وعند الشراء يتم سحب المبلغ مباشرة ، ثم يدخل الزبون في دوامة كبيرة من المماطلة ، وعند إلغاء الطلب ستمضي أيام كثيرة والمبلغ لن يسترجع لحسابك.

شكوتهم لوزارة التجارة بعد طلب لم يتم شحنه ، وتم الغاءه والمبلغ لم يسترجع بعد ٢٥ يوم من طلب الاسترجاع ، وحتى الان لم يرجع. إذا أردت الشراء فاحذر الشراء من التطبيق ، لأنك ستصاب بألم الرأس وعدم الاكتراث من الشركة ، فلن يستجيبوا لاتصالاتك أو شكواك. خير شاهد حسابهم السعودي بتويتر ، شاهد الزبائن المتضررين.

I don’t recommend buying from this store at all. They uses offers to catch u, when that’s happened and u pay, you are welcome too a circle of waiting to get you order. And will never receive it, then u may consider canceling and get refunded, however that would be another circle of waiting for so long.

I submitted a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce in KSA, that Extra didn’t ship my order, and I cancelled the order and know almost 25 days since I cancelled and did not get money back.

I can’t use eXtraاكسترا it keeps sending me to the website and the website is not even working as well.

eXtraاكسترا does not work at all. After installation, it open an empty page and everything else does not work.

I’m unable to explore any product once the product appears it gets reload again and stuck in in infinite loop 😪

eXtraاكسترا crashes, very slow and makes refresh for opened page every few seconds. Needs more improvements. Not accepted for such big company to have this bad app.

I have to wait one minute to open eXtraاكسترا then when choosing any product the page load then refresh automatically

Always crashes need improvements. I tried to purchase so many times and I spent 3 hours trying to complete my order but it crashes every time. Don’t even think to use it. It’s a big waste of time.

Slow and crashing on iPhone 12 Pro Max

There are only 3 features : “Deals”, “Department” and “New” and yet only one is working (“Deals”). The other 2 are dead. So Extra app is useless and stupid! Then while I was browsing, it asked for my email account. Once I gave it to them without even being a customer yet, they already keep sending unwanted emails and there is no way I could unsubscribe. Not good.

Come on! Is that even a search engine in eXtraاكسترا ? Results miss a lot of details! On TV search no model no. can be found. The search is the worst thing in eXtraاكسترا. Beside it is now old and feels like you will get robed if you buy from it.
ExtraStores really need to upgrade eXtraاكسترا.

Please never use extra home delivery. If you want to know why, contact them on their hotline and see if you will be able to talk to anyone. You won’t. Its just a fake number and nobody answers.

I ordered on 2nd April with estimated delivery on 11th Feb. The order was marked as delivered on 19th April but I never received the shipment even today that is 22 April.

Nobody picks up my calls, respond to emails or on twitter. I wasted 1000 SAR.

I have ordered a product since 16 of April. They claimed it will take two weeks to arrive. However, every week they delayed the delivery until they canceled it a month and a half later and haven't sent my cash back nor replay to my emails. I am very disappointed I advise no one to ever think to buy anything from them as they will never replay or provide service recovery.

18 times I add items to my cart from scratch, every time I open the cart eXtraاكسترا empties it and I start again!!! Infuriaaaaaaating!!!!!!
Alternatively, every time I get 10 items in eXtraاكسترا crashes and when I relaunch the cart is empty! I have an account, I am signed in, there is no reason for my cart to keep self emptying!
It’s like you don’t want ppl to complete their purchase, your making it really hard to shop from your store online, well, your loss, invest in fixing your app or keep losing customers!

eXtraاكسترا has an issue by showing an error message when trying to sign in using my account, unlike the website that works flawlessly.

Pictures on eXtraاكسترا of the merchandise are terrible. Quality has declined. Pictures are so dark you can’t see the features. Seems like they don’t want you to see.

Why do I have to re-login every time I open eXtraاكسترا ?!?! It also keeps asking me to enable location services, even though I’ve done that already!!

eXtraاكسترا is extremely slow and heavy. a simple example of missing features is when searching for TV’s, you need to add a filter for screen size, and year released.
