I have tried to use it from the first day. Some days it will work while I’m home putting the shopping list together, then at the store if Bakers works at all some of the items have disappeared. Today the shopping list I had put together earlier today at home has just disappeared. I’m going back to Bakers I used before this one. I never had a problem with that one, except when the store moved items to a new location within the store.

Twice I’ve used it. Twice it has frozen. Twice, I’ve held up the checkout line getting the promised discounts. It’s annoying to look like a fool. It’s annoying to have annoyed people staring at me. The last time I had to restart my phone. Tonight, it locked up on the push notifications screen. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall it and try again. From now, on I’m going to photograph my promised discounts because checkers don’t know about them and they aren’t noted anywhere.

I’ve been trying for at least 4 months to have groceries delivered to my home from Bakers with issues. & no it’s not my address issues it’s your app. I’ve reported it to my local this app who contacted someone higher up about it yet nothing has been done about it yet.
I also work with grocery delivery companies so no it’s not there issues either. It’s Bakers . & it crashes often. Please fix this! I literally have the flu & cant even get medicine & food delivered from you guys. Yet Walmart app & hyvee is working perfectly. However I would prefer to shop with my local this app over them any day! But you guys aren’t exactly making that convenient.

Standing in the store, seeing an awesome digital coupon deal and cannot find any way to add it while standing there. Digital coupons within Bakers are a mystery. If you are lucky they might just show up in the rolling ad on the top. There was an extra fuel points digital coupon for gift cards and I was buying 8 gift cards. The sign on the display said it was available but I couldn’t find it anywhere in Bakers and no store employee could figure out where to find it either.

I did a search for digital, card, gift and fuel points and the digital coupons were never presented. It was as if this app really doesn’t want you to actually get them, just frustrate the heck out of you while dangling a carrot in front out you that you cannot actually get.

And this is NOT a 1 time occurrence, it happens often. Shame on you this app.

Recently the coupons don’t come off of a this app card even after being used. This is causing major confusion and frustration with customers. They don’t get that the coupons can’t be used anymore because they already used them previously. I work for this company and the amount of money we have refunded because of the disaster that is this situation is a big yikes. Fix this bug please.

Bakers used to be really useful. As I would run out of things, I would add them to my cart. I used my list function to keep a list of commonly ordered items. Between these two things it was fairly easy to build my order for the week.

Now, Bakers won’t save anything in the cart. Not only that, but I just spent the better parting an hour building my list and coupons, only to have Bakers not save and crash when I tried to check out. Ugh! I like the idea, but Bakers keeps stuttering. Seriously you guys need a decent UX team to work out all these stupid bugs!

Although I have used ap in the past, I was frustrated. Found it hard to put items in my cart, as ap posted to list. Also, I was not able to pick from multiple varieties of canned tomatoes in cart, but was able to on list. Very confusing, and took way too much of my time.
Again too way too much time today on my older iPad. I guess I needed at least an iso 11.0 update on it, and There wast an update available for me to do so. Finally went to my iPhone to finish my order. I will remember to use phone next time. I appreciate the free pickup!

My family shops at this app frequently, but after a recent update, having to sign in every time Bakers is used is very inconvenient and impractical. We can sign in on Bakers to make a list and then have to sign in again at the store. My husband and I share a login so this is extra cumbersome.

As for other features, the ability to make lists, see sales and approximate cost, view receipts, and scan our rewards from Bakers are great.

Love the fact I can search for any item I want in the grocery store, redeem all the coupons I want, and take advantage of a click list and weekly specials and don’t have to leave my living room! This service gives me back at least two hours of my life every time I use it! Thanks to Carrie at Eagle run my order is always right to!

I love being able to use the digital coupons and check prices before I go to the store. Bakers is super-buggy. It logs me out constantly and is always crashing when I need it the most! I end up using the website on my laptop prior to shopping so all my coupon ducks are in a row.

Your search function is so much better now. But. Cmn do I really have to be so precise a typer to find an item I'm ummmm yummmm thinking about? I have not seen my favorite dressing in months. I decided to add alcohol to my order which made it a PICK UP instead. Your system wanted to save that as a pick up later rather than “auto me to Pick up with a warning!... he instead if peck n search for change delivery mode. You are welcome

Bakers looks nice and is easy to use for the most part. One issue though is with adding things to your lists and getting them into your online cart. If you go back for something else, when adding that item to your list/basket you could accidentally duplicate all of your other cart items. Designers need to make a clearer transition between shopping lists and shopping cart.

I’ve been going to this location for years. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of where things are located in the store. (The only thing that I would change is how many bags I get when I order online groceries. I always get maybe 1-2 items per bag, it’s wasteful)

Never dreamed I would be doing my shopping on line thought it would be hard but it’s not. I love it I have been laid up for 7 weeks and I think this is great. When I’m up and walking I think I will continue to do on line shopping. I do have one question why is there no Rosella sandwich bread.

I wish there was a way to delete off the coupons I will never use. That way when I’m looking for new ones I don’t keep going over the same ones. Would make my list making for the store easier.

Always great prices and timely service; however there are some Kroger items that are not available for online order I would think all Kroger items should be available online.

This needs to be looked at I think. I used the icon and I have been on for about 2 hrs. It s not easy. Before I used the other way and it s faster. I wish I could talk with someone about it at other time for improvement.

Thank you for showing up to work when the rest of us stay home. Thanks for getting my on line order ready and bringing it to my car for free. It means so very much to me. It took me a while to get used to your site, both from my laptop & my iPhone. Once I got the hang of it, I found I really like it. Maybe think of a more user-friendly way to access the departments at the jump. It seems harder to just search cheeses than to find “Monterey Jack Cheese” from the search bar. Just a suggestion. By the way, thanks for asking for suggestions. ;)

You can add anything to your list and it tells you what aisles they are in then orders it chronologically. Used it for the first time today and I saved time and $20 in coupons. Forever will change the way I shop.
