I work in IR and use rover mostly to communicate with others while in the hospital or on call at home. However, many times I’ve tried to login but would get “no available jobs” alert and not allowed to login and check and/or reply to messages. This is a big flaw and needs to be fixed.
The only time I’ve found I could use the app is if I’m already logged in the computer at work but what’s the point? It’s not very useful if I’m using the work computer.. I’ve tried everything including messing with my own privacy settings but to no avail, no pun intended.
