The only case I use taxi in is when I’m short on time, but maxim takes years to find a driver and even after designating one I get cancelled thousands of times. This just isn’t fair!! I’d sometimes really rather catch one on the street and pay more, but sometimes I’m in rather remote area or during that time of day it is bit unsafe stopping catching a taxi on the street. I’d really like to suggest that after certain amount of time that the customer has spent waiting maxim itself designate the driver.

I updated maxim to the latest version and it does not run?! When I click on it, it will be disappear very rapidly... (ios: 11.2.6 @ iPhone SE)

I requested a cab and the driver was verbally abusive for supposedly not giving him the right directions, and when I started recording him, he grabbed and twisted my arms to take my phone away. After reporting him to the company, I was told that he was only verbally reprimanded even despite the physical harassment, which I have the proof of. I would never use maxim ever again. Scary experience, don’t wish it upon anyone.

Please regulate how your riders charge the fees. There are dirty doers that can ruin your reputation because of their dirty tactics in charging. I highly suggest regulation of fair charges. It can grow your business exponentially.

I love maxim because it helps me deliver my goods to my customers at one time only. But since the update, I can’t add an additional address anymore. I have to input my deliveries one by one with different drivers? Please bring it back.

maxim has a counterpart which works in Iran. maxim in Iran have to be downloaded from the webpage to the iPhone directly and it sometimes doesn’t work. Why don’t you aggregate these two apps which can be downloaded from App Store? Thanks

We have used this app only once. We were going from Phuket Old Town to the Phuket International Airport. The app displayed it will be $317 THB ...yet when we have arrived to the airport the amount changed to 600 THB (Thai Baht). The Maxim APPLICATION BASICALLY DEFRAUDS ITS OWN CUSTOMERS!!! Be cautious, DO NOT USE this app, unless you want to pay multiples of what you were originally quoted. This app is a SCAM! FRAUD ALERT!!!

I was scammed by the rider of Maxim! And the customer service hotline (0917) 104 1866 is not at all helping. The rider accepted the booking and cancelled. And I cannot view the details of the rider since it was cancelled immediately. But he got the number of the receiver and called her to pay thru gcash. The receiver unknowingly sent a payment of 4,078 to the rider's gcash number that was given. The customer service is NOT helping! They told me they could NOT give the details of the rider! I'm Very very disappointed!

I have order the taxi by the time I needed in really bad and the after waiting for 30 minutes I just've checked the order and they told me that the order was cancelled without any reason even when I talked to the driver and he was coming. If anyone will try to use this app please don't. You will just waste your time. Nothing personal just really really bad service. Unfortunately there is no 0 star and I had to write 1

Pathetic service, keep on booking and booking and no one responds. Worst service, god forbid if some driver reverts than he won't come saying company pays too low as we can't survive in that price. Don't know on what basis such companies are issued permits and license.
