The app is just a mess

The only case I use taxi in is when I’m short on time, but this app takes years to find a driver and even after designating one I get cancelled thousands of times. This just isn’t fair!! I’d sometimes really rather catch one on the street and pay more, but sometimes I’m in rather remote area or during that time of day it is bit unsafe stopping catching a taxi on the street. I’d really like to suggest that after certain amount of time that the customer has spent waiting the app itself designate the driver.

If i could give negative stars, I would!
I requested a cab and the driver was verbally abusive for supposedly not giving him the right directions, and when I started recording him, he grabbed and twisted my arms to take my phone away. After reporting him to the company, I was told that he was only verbally reprimanded even despite the physical harassment, which I have the proof of. I would never use this app ever again. Scary experience, don’t wish it upon anyone.
