I tried purchasing tickets, a message pops up saying that that a problem occurred and that no charges will be applied. However, my card is linked to CrossBorderXpress and I got charge.
Please fix glitches with the date drop down menu and submissions. I spent easily 30 minutes trying to figure why some items don’t work.
Gives me error message and doesn’t allow me to complete purchase. Nothing is in red or highlighted that I may have missed.
Update:
Took my money and didn’t give any ticket information.
And now I have to pay double because I don’t have a trip “purchased”.
CBX app needs to get fixed ASAP and give me my money back.
