Hard to catch a driver (in Moscow practically impossible nowadays), they frequently cancel last minute for a more lucrative order. Yandex.Taxi and the others are not the solution either as they require a Russian bank account connected for many slightly longer trips.

The website doesn’t work on an iPhone, you can’t send a bug report because the “accept conditions” tickbox is not accessible at the end of the page, nor does it recognise a foreign number ( mine is a DE number with +491720001000 format) which gets random zeros.
The app can’t register a German number because it messes up the format and one does neither receive a call nor a message.
Full of bugs.
