I got the Prezi app thinking I could make a presentation on my iPad since I wasn't able to make it on Safari or Google. It told me I could not use Prezi, "Sorry, Prezi Next presentations cannot currently be edited with this browser. While we work on getting this browser added, use a supported browser to edit or upgrade your license to edit with the Prezi Next app".Instead I could only look at the presentations that I made beforehand using PreziViewer .I made none, since this is the first time I ever tried using Prezi. Therefore, I would not recommend anyone to use prezi on their device because it does not work if you are looking to add a presentation.

So, I have prezi lite editor and I love it but it is soon going to be put away so I downloaded prezi viewer and as a free app I thought it was the same with maybe more features. This is a lie. You can’t edit! That’s the only reason i got PreziViewer , I don’t have access to the website to edit, plus not everyone has a laptop to edit and then go through a whole waiting time for it to go through. Having to edit on an app is sooo much easier and simple!
!!!!!!!Please do add an editing feature!!!!!!!!
I will soon have to stop using prezi at all if PreziViewer i relied on is going to stop being updated, so please add editing to the prezi viewer, it will save you from losing many users.

This is less about PreziViewer and more about prezi as a whole. I used it a few years ago and liked it, but haven’t needed to use it for a while. I created a new account today but I am unable to actually create anything, the page won’t load. I have tried my windows operating system at work, my personal Mac computer. I have used it with safari, Firefox, and chrome. Nothing works. I am writing this complaint here because the only way to contact prezi and support is to upgrade, however why would I upgrade and pay for something that doesn’t actually work. So frustrating!

I already knew you couldn’t use PreziViewer to edit but the fact that you can’t use the browser either? And that the only way you cqn make and edit Prezis is with a computer? Dumbest thing I’ve heard yet. And the fact that people have been complaining about this for YEARS and still nothing has been done about it deters me from using Prezi at all, whether with my laptop or not. I’d rather find a substitute that actually meets my basic needs than stick around and see what other nonsense is in store with this company

After paying a year in advance for Prezi Plus and actually putting in the effort to get good at some of the basics, I have missed three important meeting opportunities that I could have used the tools and presentations that I have spent hours creating. The update shut my app down and now I’ve uploaded a different version of the software that doesn’t allow me to use the camera or log into Zoom with my program. USLESS AND EXPENSIVE and a huge WASTE OF MY TIME. I will gladly retract this review should I get some help from my messages to the company asking for a resolution.

They would love you to show you the beautiful presentations they created but what they don’t tell you is that in order to create that type of content you have to spend a minimum of $20 a month. You can get the entire Microsoft office suite for four dollars a month and be compatible with everything else in the world do your job quicker and better. I do not recommend Prezi.
In addition it’s not designed for mobile you need to be sitting at a desk top computer you need to have an Internet connection, they have lost their way as a company.

I am a long time paying subscriber of prezi since prezi first came out. Majority of my presentations and our department (6 people) were done in prezi, however after our department migrated from imac to ipad pro for mobility sake, Prezi became useless since we cannot create or edit on ipad pro. The browser version is also laggy on safari.

So we decided to stop on our current billing cycle. Goodbye prezi, i wish you would listen to your customers.

But It cannot be used on iPad properly. I’ve tried to create a video and just isn’t happening. I can’t get anyone on the phone unless you’re paying for it and you can’t get anyone in chat. Very frustrating to you and knowledge base isn’t as helpful as you might think it should be without searching through tons and tons of videos and if you are lucky… you still won’t be able to use it

Prezi is one of the best presentation software there is, and will knock out any PPT or Google Slide for that matter. Still, when they got out a few years back they went ahead on their market and still seem to be but haven’t updated their software to be able to edit and work on tablets. I’ve read other reviews from 1 to 2 years ago and all say the same thing without a single reply from Prezi or customer service, and we’re entering 2020 and still no answer or updates to it. I hope someone soon listen, to be able to give 5 stars to PreziViewer and Co. In the meantime I would have to go to old Mac or PC to use it.

I really don’t like PreziViewer . You cannot search other people’s prezi’s, or at least anytime I search something on PreziViewer ...NOTHING comes up. So then I google search for other people’s prezi’s and they all show up but when I click on It, It just redirects me to PreziViewer where I can no longer see the Prezi. Oh and you can’t see the transcripts of people’s presentations on neither the mobile site or PreziViewer . Fix this please thanks

Worked well in high school when I needed to do an elaborate presentation. Even though it never worked quite right, it did provide a unique way to meet a grade. However, I’m SO TIRED of finding an unprofessional “prezzi” from a teenagers mind on a google search. Contain it to a website or something. When I look for facts for my adult job, I don’t want to have to scroll part 30 undeveloped presentations before I can get to anything actually relevant.
Would not recommend due to confusing formatting anyway. Good luck kids.

So, I enjoy Prezi and prefer it to PowerPoint and Google Slides. HOWEVER, the fact that I have to download 963 apps on my desktop and mobile phone AND my iPad but can only edit on my computer is THE MOST ridiculous thing I think I have encountered. Why on earth am I unable to edit on a device that operates as BOTH a laptop and a phone? I would suggest making it clearer that you can ONLY edit on desktops (or laptops? I wouldn’t know because I brought my iPad because it is lighter and more convenient for travel purposes (just the right dimensions for obnoxious food trays) but now I have a 5 hour flight on which I can make no edits on the presentation I have to give unless I hang out in the hotel business center. Yes, #firstworldproblems to be certain, but Prezi is a first world app.

FIX. THIS. PLEASE. So that we can all be great and enjoy a lighter carry on baggage load with smaller devices and not have to sacrifice productivity.

I like Prezi but your offer of flexibility only goes so far.
I have to present in another state and I built presentation on my Mac but they only have windows. So I have to drag my laptop three states over because I can’t edit on my iPad. Very inconvenient. What do you think you would lose by granting this option?
Now, what do you think you might gain instead? Loyal customers who will across the board recommend your product without reservation.
You all were innovators but soon the “Prezi-style” won’t be the only option available.
Think about your customer.

Is there any possibility that we might be able to create and edit on a tablet? I can present well using PreziViewer , but I use my iPad for just about everything and no longer use a laptop computer. I really like using Prezi to create presentations, but am really disappointed that I can’t do so on my tablet.

I just learned about Prezi through my Business and Professional Communications class a a strong recommendation. I immediately installed Prezi. I am unable to get started because I do not see how to signup. I see signin but not signup. Please advise. I hope I can submit this without the star rating cuz at this point, it is not working for me and I would like to give it a chance. Looks like I have to “star” it. So I shall give 3 stars for now with optimistic hopes.

I really Love Prezi but I hate the fact that I can’t edit in my ipad or phone. It makes PreziViewer too restricted. Please change this, I would never have to use PowerPoint again if I could edit my Prezis with my iPad or phone.

It is a tool for presenting Prezis which is an outstanding tool. PreziViewer presents. It doesn’t edit which is fine. All the other reviewers - It also doesn’t sync to your contacts - Are you going to deduct stars because it doesn’t do something else you want? It does what it does, perfectly. Move on.

It takes a minute to get used to it switching from PowerPoint, however it sets the standard, you definitely outshine everyone else by far when you're the only one using prezi and everyone else on PowerPoint. I would never go back to PowerPoint, it's kind of like when you switch from windows to mac. Takes a minute to grow on you but once you got it down there is no question that you were living in the past. The fact that you don't have to turn around to see the screen because it's on your phone as well and serves as a clicker you feel the difference big time. Also with the animations the audience is definitely more into it. It's the bomb!

PreziViewer is very helpful if you need to practice your presentation on the go or if you need to present to someone unexpectedly. Even with the basic subscription it is so useful and helpful. The only thing I wish be added was that you could edit within PreziViewer . This might be that I just have a basic membership but I don’t know. This is a very helpful app and I would recommend it to anybody.

Could you please issue an Ipad version of Prezi, and make it in-app purchase. It would help so many people especially those who are used to Keynote. Many of us would appreciate that. It would be so much easier, I mean who’s using Windows anymore! Most of us are using IOS for being much easier and faster at all levels.
Thank you for this amazing App, (That I’m desperately trying to buy, yet there’s no way to do that in my country, unless it was a Playstore app).

I used Prezi along time ago and I liked it, I was able to create and do things without spending money. But now I have to either spend money or not use PreziViewer . I can never make a new template and whenever I’m about to create one I can’t press “continue” because it won’t let me and it wants me to buy a subscription. I hate PreziViewer now that it has changed and I would not recommend using it. This company has lost its mind.
