First thing that happened was that GTBank stopped allowing me to log in with fingerprint. The fingerprint icon at the right of the password field just upped and disappeared one day.
I said no problem, so I tracked down my password and started entering password instead of using fingerprint. I mean, it was very annoying but what can one do?
Everything seemed to be going ok for about a month after I was forced to be using password instead of fingerprint until today when I opened GTBank , typed in my password and it refused to log me in. It just shows the loading animation that overlays the login page for a couple of seconds after which the loading animation disappears and I am left on the login page with no error messages and still not logged in.

Have been using GTBank for over a year now and it’s really great and helpful but an issue came up recently I haven’t been able to log in for over a week now can’t do my day to day transactions noting wrong with my internet connection and the user id and password is correct even it’s finger print I use I had to delete GTBank and download it again just to see if it’s going to work but still the same it ain’t logging in I’m fed up with this I’m not that good with 737 transaction I need my app back please help and do something ASAP thank you

GTBank has functioned fairly for most of my daily banking needs except for one major flaw. Whenever I want to request for account statement it doesn't provide a calendar to select the beginning and end dates. It only provides a space to manually type in date values which leads to errors. You wouldn't know which format is acceptable e.g DD/MM/YY OR MM/DD/YY etc
Pls fix ASAP

GTBank has never been perfect. Always having some bugs but it was manageable. Last week it automatically signed me out and would not allow me to sign in with my user ID anymore.
Even after using my email to login, you still have to used a passcode and FaceID doesn’t work.
Tried adding a beneficiary?- the system just loads and spins and does nothing.
These app difficulties are highly negative especially in a time when carrying out electronic banking transactions is paramount.

Please help fix these issues ASAP!

Bank is too huge to be having a app that won’t allow someone enjoy all it came with. I am sure you all have been out of the country to understand what I am talking about? Do you know how annoying it’s trying to login for hours and still can’t login ? Ask your developer to update GTBank and fix all that needs to be fixed. Thanks

I try login in with my mobile app but it won’t let me just gonna load for some seconds and disappear again, I try deleting GTBank and have it re-installed back still the same... till I try connecting my VPN and it work.. so I think this new this app UPDATED APP CAN ONLY LOGIN WITH VPN 🤔🤔

I have been trying to make transfer to my customers and it’s keeps saying invalid pin whereas that’s the same pin I use for ussd banking and it’s working fine, but the pin is not going on the mobile app. Every time I wanna make a transfer it’s keeps saying invalid pin. Have tried resetting the profile and pin still no Available. Pls fix this

I downloaded GTBank few months ago and when I had filled in all my credentials 2 days after or there so it logged me out… I deleted it and tried again but this time I couldn’t even log in at all and this is a big issue cause GTBank works on my other phone just not on this one. Fix this please

An update happened about a week ago and since then I can’t login to GTBank . Can someone check to fix this bug

Transaction no longer reflect on the mobile immediately. It takes more than 24 hours to show.
I hardly receive sms notification since December 2019. I haven’t still receive sms alert on all the transactions I did this week.

Please when is the Face ID going to be operational on GTBank ? I think there is need for an upgrade so as to be able to use Face ID on GTBank .

App has been the best until after the last update.
I can’t use the fingerprint or face login feature, can’t download receipt, resolution is way larger, app crashes.
Something needs to be done ASAP.

No place to send direct mails to customer care,useless all

GTBank updated itself overnight... and now I can’t log in with biometrics even tho the option is there.. it won’t let me.. can you fix that please?

Was my favorite bank app and I could do a transfer in less than 30 seconds. Now, I can’t even log in. GTBank “thinks” for 2 minutes and stays on the Home Screen. Please fix the bugs ASAP!!

Am unable to view my transactions history on my mobile banking app I have been contacting your customer care and yet nothing is done

GTBank kicked me out using my Face ID and tried with my sign in info also does not help.

Before the last update, I was able to use Face ID to log in. After this last update GTBank forces you to enter password every time. App is supposed to make things more convenient not make things hard! Fix it GTB!!!!

For like 2 weeks now i have been unable to login on my apple iphone , i am very sure its not a network issue because my signal is full and other apps works great.
I reached out to the customer care and complained about GTBank , i was told that there haven’t been any issue with GTBank , the customer care suggested I download this app world app, i am about to try that but i am writing this so that the engineers can fix it.

Touch ID suddenly stopped working a few days ago..now I have to put in my password everytime I need to open GTBank . Please fix this

After recent updates, many billers have been removed from GTBank . Especially Enugu Electricity Distribution and so many others. Please apply a fix

This new update needs to be fixed, I am not able to access my stored beneficiary on GTBank . What’s the use of saving account details of beneficiary all over again.
