How to fix SingleVue app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SingleVue app on iPhone
Update SingleVue app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SingleVue iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SingleVue on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SingleVue network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SingleVue Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SingleVue not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SingleVue App
1. On android, goto Settings » SingleVue » click [Force Stop]

Update SingleVue to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SingleVue App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SingleVue » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SingleVue.

Fix SingleVue unable to contact server/ SingleVue internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SingleVue » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SingleVue » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
