I was given this card for my new job I got a couple months ago. When the time came to receive my paycheck Rapid!access would not let the money go through to the card. I was sent an email saying I had to verify my id. Was told to make a copy of my license and then fax it. I called customer service a day later to see if they received it. They said I needed to include the customer id which the customer service agent from before did not tell me. So I faxed it again and called the day after and was told I need to enlarge the copy of my license to 200%, which I did and included the customer id with it and faxed it again. Called the next day and they said I needed to include a copy of my social security number. So I did it called the next day and was told I needed to make my license and social security card bigger when it was 200% enlarged just like they said before. So I did it again and called the next day and was told my license had to be in color. At that point I gave up and swapped to direct deposit. Horrible system and even worse customer service, I doubt their card doesn’t work any well either but I don’t know because I was never able to use it.

This company, app and everyone employed by this company that I have had the unfortunate experience of speaking to is completely unfriendly, serve literally no purpose for it’s customer base and I don’t understand why they even have a customer service number. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this whole operation! I had my card stolen along with other items and in this technology rich age they lack the ability to transfer money that is rightfully mine from my paycheck to any other type of account! I also had to wait approximately a month or little longer for a replacement card for which no one had any empathy or did anything to help me definitely never entertained the thought of going the extra mile for a customer much less do Anything that remotely resembled customer service! I would Never use this company or Never recommend it to anyone who has employees that need services! This is probably the Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with and I hope and pray I never have to again!

Worst bank ever. Sadly my paycheck ended up in this account and I had no other choice than give it a try. Nothing but problems so far. First, for every transaction they hold 20% of the amount to make sure there’s enough funds available to cover it, which makes no sense since they’re the ones keeping your money and the account doesn’t have overdraft protection. Second, transactions without the physical card show up in my statement, and now I have to wait for a temporary credit and 90 days for an investigation. Third, the card that they gave me didn’t have my name on it, making impossible to get the money out of the account using some apps. Fourth, by the card not having my name, some merchants wouldn’t even accept it. Fifth, by holding 20% of any transaction, you’re not sure what your true balance is and it gets too confusing making it uncomfortable to pay anything with it and not thinking if you have enough balance to cover both. If you get stuck with this by mistake, good luck as you’ll needed it!!!
