GoSpotCheckTeam used to freeze a lot on my company iPhone 6 device. I thought it was the phone that was the problem because I was having other sort of problems with it. Now I have an upgraded brand new phone and GoSpotCheckTeam keeps crashing, kicking me out or freezing on me. Another problem we have is that my coworkers and myself noticed that sometimes the amount of missions done on our mobile devices won’t show accurately in our managers computer. This is obviously not good because our performance is evaluated greatly on the amount of missions done weekly, monthly and yearly. We love all the other statistic features on this particular software and the shared network it has access to.
We’d appreciate if these issues can be looked at and fixed.

GoSpotCheckTeam is agonizingly slow. It crashes constantly while using GoSpotCheckTeam to do a job. It takes at least 15 minutes longer than necessary to do a job while waiting for GoSpotCheckTeam to open after a crash. Longest was an hour added to a job waiting for GoSpotCheckTeam to open after a crash. Putting my phone in airplane mode made it better but then information on the job was unavailable. It also meant no one could reach me during the job. Nice unless there was a call I was waiting for or an emergency.

I had 24 jobs to complete and missed 4 of them due to the extremely long time it took to reopen GoSpotCheckTeam each time I closed it, moved around within GoSpotCheckTeam or my phone received any type of notification including a low battery warning.

GoSpotCheckTeam used a lot of battery when it was trying to open. I had to carry a battery pack with me on every job.

I hope they fix GoSpotCheckTeam, or the companies I work for get a better app for us to use.

Frustrated that I have to drive 40 miles each way to finish the 4 jobs next week when I was near them but I ran out of time. I could have been done with the project on time and on schedule.

Generally a great app, but it’s very frustrating that when I’m in map view, then click on a store and return to the map it goes back to my location instead of the area of the map I was on. In the select products menu it also will often list the same sku multiple times requiring me to scroll a bunch to get to the skus at the end of the menu. This part may be a problem with my company’s use of GoSpotCheckTeam though. I would highly recommend changing the map feature though, and adding a button to re- center on my current location.

Makes collecting data so much easier by having GoSpotCheckTeam on a phone or tablet and not having to compile all the information. Very Helpful to refer to old surveys at a moments notice.

The Only downfall is constant updates and being forced to re log in on your device when you’re in a rush to collect info and you assume you’re still logged in and ready to use GoSpotCheckTeam .

GoSpotCheckTeam is great to fill out surveys needed, but it really drains your phone battery. You can fill out 3 surveys and have less than half of your battery life.

Also - it’s been taking forever to open.. constantly searching and if your screen times out it takes forever for it to open again. Causing yet again, your battery life to dwindle. It never used to be this harsh on loading.. wish that could be fixed. It would make having to fill out all of the surveys much more manageable.

While GoSpotCheckTeam is great and has awesome functionality, there are some areas in which I wonder if there could be some improvements.

In the account survey we have a “check in”section and with in that section we have a
“Check-in Follow up for next Call” section but it’s like information goes here to die. I would think that There should be some functionality with push notifications or pop up notifications when you return to this account. It should remind you automatically of what was entered in this section on the last visit to this account.

Hope to see this available in the future.

I’m not receiving credit for all the missions I submit each week. Either the system is giving credit to another manager or there is something wrong with the program. We shouldn’t have to take multiple pictures of the same Bread rack when there is more than one mission per store. It is very time consuming to have to go to the bread aisle to start a new mission when you are already with a manger to get the displays approved. Then you have to track them down again which takes up even more time.

Calls are no longer available within GoSpotCheckTeam . This is necessary to have digital contacts and a means to reach them. Please fix the bugs that are causing this issue. I’ve already reached out to the developers support team and they have reported that it is an Apple app fix issue.

When I started using GoSpotCheckTeam in May it had more functionality. I was able to enter my clients information and efficiently make calls, I don’t have a separate work phone and I was very pleased that I wouldn’t have to use my personal contacts. The updates still have not fixed the issue.

The program confirms that all required photos and questions are answered prior to leaving the business. The step-by-step walk-through of each required Objective makes it easy to for fill the required project. Thank you for an easy to use Go Spot Check app.

GoSpotCheckTeam could be improved quite a bit. Need more control over managing targets, and ability to save only this accounts necessary for your respective franchise. Saving appointments with an integrated calendar would be a highly desirable feature, and be a good start toward minimizing the number of apps needed to manage critical business targets.

I wish every company should use GoSpotCheck or an app like it. Everything is put in as you go along. When you leave the shop everything is submitted. No extra questions to answer after returning home. Makes it easier to complete multiple shop in a day. I love GoSpotCheckTeam.

The new update caused it to be slow and when I want to input a pic from my camera roll, it either won’t load my pics or takes longer to. Not a fan. Harder to do my job in the time I have.

Need to be able to access photos already taken on another device from photo library.

Having used different types of software and now using different apps, I can say this is, hands down, a huge improvement over all of them. Thanks to the developers for designing a product that makes my job SO much easier.

In my line of work, I take many photos each day/week. Without the Go Spot Check app., I do not have enough time each week to send and complete. Go Spot Check allows me to be my best & get all of my photos submitted in a timely manner.

GoSpotCheckTeam is very clunky and not very user friendly. Once a mission is completed it would be nice if the mission was then taken off of the available missions. As of right now we are having to reference the "last completed" times. So when we do go back in to complete new missions we have to go through all of the missions to find the one we are on now as opposed to that being the first one in the available missions tab.

A nice feature would be to have notifications when new missions are added to be completed. Sometimes missions aren’t submitted with pictures and have to be repeated.

GoSpotCheck is a good app. But there are a lot of devious people who can use it to their benefit. For example, when a picture is required; a person should never be able to go to their photo gallery.

Will not work when offline and logs out when I’m out of cell service. Need to be able to complete surveys when not in cell coverage or WiFi

Go spot check IT people have always been there to help out when I called. They are friendly and professional.

GoSpotCheck does not keep updated with current Store Status? I have several Stores that have been permanently closed for over 2 years and GoSpotCheck is still asking for Display Info? GoSpotCheck is not familiar with current liquor laws in each State? In Texas TABC Liquor Laws Do Not allow the Sale of Liquor in Grocery Stores? Know your Laws before you send a survey!

Signal is difficult in many areas. Some surveys submitted, don’t load for two days. Not enough checks and balances. Errors and unread pictures are not reported to us, if at all, until the time window has passed. Getting penalized for items not on feature. Should not be using it until it is reliable and proven to be accurate.
