This app is agonizingly slow. It crashes constantly while using the app to do a job. It takes at least 15 minutes longer than necessary to do a job while waiting for the app to open after a crash. Longest was an hour added to a job waiting for the app to open after a crash. Putting my phone in airplane mode made it better but then information on the job was unavailable. It also meant no one could reach me during the job. Nice unless there was a call I was waiting for or an emergency.
I had 24 jobs to complete and missed 4 of them due to the extremely long time it took to reopen the app each time I closed it, moved around within the app or my phone received any type of notification including a low battery warning.
The app used a lot of battery when it was trying to open. I had to carry a battery pack with me on every job.
I hope they fix this app, or the companies I work for get a better app for us to use.
Frustrated that I have to drive 40 miles each way to finish the 4 jobs next week when I was near them but I ran out of time. I could have been done with the project on time and on schedule.

Calls are no longer available within the app. This is necessary to have digital contacts and a means to reach them. Please fix the bugs that are causing this issue. I’ve already reached out to the developers support team and they have reported that it is an Apple app fix issue.
When I started using the app in May it had more functionality. I was able to enter my clients information and efficiently make calls, I don’t have a separate work phone and I was very pleased that I wouldn’t have to use my personal contacts. The updates still have not fixed the issue.

This app is very clunky and not very user friendly. Once a mission is completed it would be nice if the mission was then taken off of the available missions. As of right now we are having to reference the "last completed" times. So when we do go back in to complete new missions we have to go through all of the missions to find the one we are on now as opposed to that being the first one in the available missions tab.
