Samson's box was just delivered and I have to say that I'm highly disappointed. This is now the 2nd year in a row that he's received a completely lame theme for his April box instead a 4/20 themed box! I signed him up last April because of the promotion for a 4/20 themed box which I never received, but kept his subscription in hopes that he'd get one this year seeing as how they’re just handing them out to new customers. So now, I have to pay for the 4/20 themed “add-ons” so that he can get one next month. I think it's absolutely INSANE that now, not only am I going to be charged $27 for his BarkBox. But I'm also going to have to pay $54 in "add-ons” just so he can have a 4/20 themed box. Especially after I reached out last month requesting one. It's really upsetting to see that new customers get boxes that existing customers have been wanting since they signed up. I've seen several posts and forum feeds stating the same thing, we should also get a 4/20 themed box in April. Not just the noobies! That being said, as much as he loves it and as upsetting as it is, after he gets his box next month I'll be canceling our subscription.

App: I personally just use it to see when the box is coming. I like that it tells me what process that it's in. BARK also lets me change any details. I can also buy the things they're selling. It's basic and straight forward. If you need more than that just go on the computer
Company: when I needed help, they responded right away which is nice. And they do little dog puns which I enjoy people more than the average person. I do feel as though they should make an option for what type of toys you want your dog to get. I have an Italian mastiff, so a big dog. Who chews through everything. If we could get a rubber toy option that would be amazing. Even though he is getting a little better about not destroying them since he sees me throwing them away, still, the option for tougher toys would be nice.
Overall: I love this company and BARK and recommended it to everyone I know that has a dog!!

I LOVE BARK!! It's adorable, which is what caught my attention while I was looking for a puppy-training app.

As, I just got my first puppy, Dexter-a Maltese (he looks like a chubby-cottonball!), I wanted to try the BARKBOX subscription, so Puppy-toes can get his monthly package & keep up on the latest news, too!

The BARKBOXES are AMAZING! You answer a brief questionnaire about your dog & you're done; their BARKBOX is designed & put together perfectly suiting them! The toys are very well-built (trust me; if Dexter's razor-teeth can't tear them apart, the toy's indestructible!) The treats were puppylicious (Dexter's verbiage!) & that 2lb 3oz bundle of fluff, is pickier than that Mikey-kid on the Life Cereal commercial! Also, I ordered his BARKBOX on a Monday & received it Thursday-unbelievably fast, especially for a new subscription! Also, the pricing is VERY reasonable, offering several different choices...

Lastly, I had a great experience w/their customer service department. These people are so beyond helpful and super-sweet, too! I received a reply within hours & that shows me that their customer service truly values its customers! Thank you to BARKBOX-Team & BARK -Team, for making such a great, fun product and idea! The first BarkBox I got, my pups did not care for the toys. When I rated the toys on the site, I did not expect replacements, I just wanted to check to make sure the future boxes didn’t have those kinds of toys. Not only did they replace the toys, but they said none of their future boxes will have nylon toys.

Everything my pup (TJ) received was amazing! He was such a happy pup last night after receiving his first barkbox! I was so surprised with everything that came and over pleased because everything was perfect for him! One of the treats must of broke while packaging and barkbox customer service immediately responded and sent a new one which was perfect because now my pup is even happier! There customer service options are too good as they reply immediately! Usually you have to wait days for a reply but with barkbox you only have to wait minutes! Also there are so many customizable options to make the right box for your pup! For example tougher or softer toys or bigger chews! You can even add teeth stuff too for your pups health, and it’s cheaper than going to the store! It is so much easier than going to a store so I will be a this app customer for a while lol!! Very happy pup!!💓💓🐶🐶

My son gave me a sweet 1 year subscription for Xmas a few years back & we loved it! I’ve never experienced anything from this company other than the absolute fastest and best customer service!! They would replace toys my dog chewed up both my large ones would rip each speaker or music box or stuffing out ! It easy that these were not made well , I have “aggressive chewers” also bc they collaborated w target I could easily order online and see in person which would work etc for my dogs ( I have 3 )
I just have had such great experiences ( I’ve joined up twice! ) w these people I could not go by without seeing how anyone could have trouble w them ?! The review I read didn’t make sense bc thres guy’s always contacted me within one day and replaced or offered me more ! One time they mailed me a box just because !
I love the people that work here , I wear my this app box tennis shoes ( no longer available sadly ) every day !
When I inquired how to get a new pair ( can’t ) the girl sent me a free tote ! I mean, I just wanted something they didn’t have and they tested me above and beyond !
I still order my favorite toys online!

I have been a subscriber for barkbox for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. The themes of the monthly boxes are amazing and the super chewer toys are strong and durable. My pupper, maya, absolutely adores the boxes full of fun items and gets the zoomies each time it arrives. Not only are the boxes filled with super cute and quirky items like treats and toys, it’s very practical and fun. Recently I had an issue with my December box that arrived while I was out of town and was lost when I got back. I usually have issues with these things because it’s very difficult to receive my items again and takes a lot of work in my opinion. However, I just used BARK to find their phone and texted them and explained the situation. They answered immediately and helped! They asked a few questions then apologized and then gave me 3 options for what they could do to fix this issue. I chose to double my january box which they did and then they sent me a text saying that they didn’t want maya to miss out on the cute christmas themed toys and items and were still going to send me some december stuff!! In the end, I was extremely pleased with the customer service! I loveeeee barkbox and will definitely renew my subscription. Thank you!!!

If you’ve read ANY negative reviews about this app Box, ignore them! If you have a dog, get this service! My puppy loves everything he gets from this app Box, the treats and chews are heathy and adored by my pup, and the toys are adorable and very diverse and useful! I LOVE this app Box! They messed up one addition I made to an order, and they not only reached out, were courteous and friendly, and made it right, but they went above and beyond and sent me extra stuff! BARK is great, and the company will have my business for a long time!

We just received our first this app box and was better than expected good quality toys and snacks happy customer and happy dog 😊

He looks forward to his box every month and now he when he sees the box he knows it’s his and gets so excited!!

Always helpful with me and my pup! Even send replacement toys for ones she destroyed in minutes with tougher ones!

this app Box is awesome. Our dog gets so excited when his box comes and can hardly contain his excitement to open it up and see what’s inside. It’s so fun to see his excitement each month when his box arrives.

We have 8 Golden Retrievers! We use to have to replace toys constantly because our dogs would tear them up quickly! Every toy I’ve received from super chewer has stood up against 8 adult golden retrievers. Love it, cannot recommend enough!

I am completely happy w/ this box. Although renewing was a lil hectic & annoying. I’m glad we did and so is Romeo. I really wanted the rain jacket but it wouldn’t come close to fitting him. If you could make a green rain jacket for him that fit, it would be great.

Always quality toys and amazing treats. My pups get excited every month when it’s delivered. I love the add on options, too. And the subscription price is reasonable especially for 6mo up front. Oh! Also, their customer service is impeccable.

The customer support for this company is what has kept me as a customer. They have tailored my dog’s box to his needs. They really want to make their customers happy and it shows. They have replaced multiple items if they have not been what I requested or have not stood up to my puppy’s constant chewing. They really stand by their products.

New app is awful. Can’t see what is coming anymore, logs me out randomly, interface is annoying, tracking info never works. Never received October’s box, November’s box just shipped on the 15th when I always used to receive boxes by the middle of the month. I fear BarkBox chose to reduce costs over improve quality & service. My subscription is up & I don’t think I’ll be resubscribing. Might try a different company.

I had BARK to get the sneak peak of what was IN my dogs box! WHYYY would you take that out?! Have been a loyal subscriber for 3 years. Also when I have problems with BarkBox the customer service has gone down the tubes! They write you like they care but DO nothing! Dog allergic or ripped up toy? No toys are sent to replace anymore and no treats sent to replace if your dog is allergic?! This was WHY I was loyal. I have referred 16ppl to this app Box. Oh and their prices have gone up LOL! Bait and switch anyone?!

Since the new update, BARK has crashed immediately every time I tried to opened it. I contacted support about it and their only solution was the turn my phone on and off. Then when I said I had already done that they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling. I had already done that as well. There was no resolution. I stopped trying. Here we are a month later and now BARK opens and asks for an email. I enter my email address and it deletes it from the field completely. I give up on BARK.

I signed up for BarkBox all the way back in December. Still haven’t received my box!!! This was done BEFORE the holidays! You can’t get a hold of an actual human being, they want you to subscribe and BE WARNED: they try to say you can’t cancel your 12 month subscription!! They will have the audacity to charge you for the next month’s box within the first five days of the month while you’re STILL WAITING for the previous month’s box!!!! I ended up deactivating the plan. Not worth the money. You’re better off buying toys and products from your local pet stores or Chewy (the only RELAIBLE online pet shipping supply). Do NOT use BarkBox!

Doesn’t work well and eats too much data. Customer service is hard to reach and when you finally do they seem unable to do anything to correct being over billed. I’m done with these guys. It was a completely regrettable experience. Terrible service, the price is 3 or 4 times higher than what you would get anywhere else and so many restrictions and conditions.

We got a free this app box from a friend only to find out that the “free box” is actually a 6 month subscription and canceling comes with an added fee.

We have received 2/3 boxes ordered (both late by 1+ week) and our last box is behind by 3 weeks (still haven’t received it). We live in a suburb of a major city so shipping shouldn’t be this bad.

We’ve experienced poor quality and service. After our surprise 6 month subscription is over I will never use this company again and I will actively recommend others to use other services.

Almost everything you do in BARK launches the website in Safari (and the website is completely unusable on mobile). Everything else is just in a webview in BARK so you sit and wait for things to load then jerk around on the screen. Really lazy app. It’s a cool idea of a business, but there are others out there that do the exact same thing and you won’t have to deal with a shoddy app.

I’ve been given the run around so many times just trying to get what i’ve already paid for. I used the first free box coupon after being told i could cancel if i didnt like it. I was then told since i used a promo, that i can’t cancel even if i send the box back.

November came and i never received my box, even after paying $30 for it. I’ve contacted them at least 10 times asking where my box is and they always tell me 2-8 days. I checked every week and the box still had not started shipping. it’s now the end of december and i got my december box but still no November and the tracking still says pending.

I cant get a refund or cancel, so all there is to do is tell other people about how they scam you out of your money. You’re better off using the money to buy the toys and treats yourself.

Unfortunately the thing I like best about BARK was removed with the newest update, which was being able to see what was in my box before I received it. It also removed the ability to reorder specific items from my box in the area of what was in each box. Last issue is I can no longer see all of my past boxes, I only see certain ones. So while I love BarkBox sadly I’m not in love with BARK .

My mother has been getting BarkBoxes for her Beagle for almost 2 years now and her dog loves it. I recently got a puppy and he will be receiving his first box very, very soon. From the experiences I’ve had with my mothers subscription and the new one of my own I can safely say this is an awesome service! It’s a great value compared to large pet stores and also super convenient and exciting.

I have two medium size dogs and I get One medium size this app box and sometimes I add an extra toy or chewy. The toys are so sturdy and fun. The themes are great! It is way Way cheaper than buying the stuff individually! My dogs so excited when they smell and see the this app box upon arrival! It is adorable! The toys are often 3 toys inside one as each layer penetrated reveals a whole other toy stuffed inside instead of just a Plastic squeaker. Brilliant! I have never seen any other toys that do this. It is a Fabulous deal for the money.

I was happy to get this new version - even though its missing a couple things from the previous version, at least it works again! I can see all my past boxes so I can find my dogs favorites and get more from barkshop if they have them.

Although there are all types of delivery issues going on, Barkbox never fails to impress me with every tough toy that comes in with all the facts listed generously clipped to the sides of the toys all the while the customer help is never failing to respond in quick action. Personally have only had a couple delivery issues and only wish to further upgrade my boxes and hopefully get even tougher toys. Was doing monthly and went to the 6 month plan and am ever more satisfied. Only downside I would say is the fact my Doberman loves to break your toys.. Love the Super Chewer box!

Omg this such a huge improvement from the old version. I love how I can see what all was in my box, and it’s actually useable! Bonus points for being able to add items to my monthly box!

I get this box 10 out of. 10 I recommend for everyone to get this for their dog I’m very impressed I don’t know how anyone could give a bad review when the products are A top quality
