The application quit working Thursday August 25th and I can re-install it, just spins...

I can't even get past the screen because it says check your JSON and ends the application when it was working fine yesterday Friday August 19, 2022 when I ordered my dog's first barkbox.

How to fix BARK app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BARK app on iPhone
Update BARK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BARK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BARK on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BARK network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BARK Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BARK not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BARK App
1. On android, goto Settings » BARK » click [Force Stop]

Update BARK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BARK App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BARK » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BARK.

Fix BARK unable to contact server/ BARK internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BARK » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BARK » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BARK
