Supergreat - Live Shopping Reviews

It’s definitely an awesome app and I am thankful for the stuff I have been able to get. Supergreat is evolving which I also think is great as there was suddenly in increase in users who unfortunately where there to get everything and didn’t care about anything else. Supergreat still has a lot flaws especially with these new stuff they are implementing, for one you have to stay the whole live to get coins. Understandable why they did this but again it very flawed . I was in a live for over 2hrs and left to the other live to check it out, to my misfortune that’s when the other host dropped coins and well I didn’t get rewarded despite being engaged for 2hrs. I really wish there was some way to fix this , I know people would only stay 1-2 min in lives and still get coins I think the amount should be increased to 10-15 minutes and if your were there engaging still be able to get coins. this app is becoming emotionally draining in that aspect, I have to be on my phone constantly and have to put my phone on “do not disturb “ because even a phone call will interfere with the coin drop. I know they are most likely doing this to push for more video reviews but you only get 1 coin for 10 views . That’s another major flaw. I personally think they should give 1-2 coins for views , I think this would definitely make user want to create more content if they are incentivized better. Well that was my 2cents on Supergreat.

Supergreat blows Influenster, Octoly, and all those other review/free product apps out of the water. It’s accessible to anyone with an iPhone (you don’t even need to have a social media account) and anyone can make reviews and redeem for products you choose. YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO REVIEW THE PRODUCTS YOU GET FOR FREE. It’s like PR for civilians (and non civilians, there are known content creators in Supergreat as well). I’ve gotten HUNDREDS of dollars worth of free products over the past two years (sometimes even before they release to the public) from both big brands and indie brands. My only complaint would be that I would like to be able to make slightly longer videos, you can’t edit the videos in the same way you can on tiktok, so it doesn’t make sense that there’s a 60 second limit. I would also prefer there be a higher age limit, just because you do have some preteens and teens spamming you on Supergreat for views. But those are small complaints. Overall 10/10

I originally downloaded Supergreat to get free products, but after a while I wasn’t really interested in that as much. It’s really a great way to discover new products and different uses for them. Now before I buy any new beauty product I look it up on Supergreat to see what people have to say about it. It’s way better than looking at online reviews, because you can actually see people trying on the product and what it looks like on different skin colors.

My complaint is with making the videos. They only allow you 60 seconds, which isn’t very long if you’re trying to give a detailed and honest review. Also there’s virtually no video editing. I would be ok with that if you could upload videos from your camera roll, because then I could edit it on another app, but you have to make the videos in Supergreat . I also wish you could control your notifications more, because I’m tired of getting notifications for people going live that I’m not even subscribed to. I don’t want to turn notifications off for the whole app though, because obviously I want to know when people comment on my videos, or if someone I am subscribed to goes live or posts a video.

So over all a good idea, but needs some tweaking.

There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about Supergreat! It definitely deserves a five star rating. If you are a makeup and skincare lover like me then please go get this for yourself. I have not spent a single dime on Supergreat in anyway and I just received two full size products that I purchased with my in store rewards. The shipping (also free) was express so it came in 2-3 days. I also had asked for a refund on I product I did not mean to purchase with my credits and support contacted me within 30 minutes offering me a full refund. Not to mention the community on here is so amazing and inspiring. It’s all a bunch of amazing people who promote self love and support each other. There are interactive lives as well that you can join which is super fun especially since most people are stuck in quarantine and that’s just an added bonus from the free products and exclusive deals.

I have had Supergreat for a long Time now. I’ve always been skeptical of apps like this, but there is no strings attached. You do videos of your favorite products, and people view those videos. You get coins for views. It seem tedious, but after you get started it’s easy. Rack up some followers and make tons of videos. It’s seriously super fun and the products are absolutely free, with the exception of the party purchases, but even those are worth it, they’re normally 50 percent or more off! I’ve gotten products from glossier, freck, Giorgio Armani, bliss, and many many more. Totally recommend. I see some reviews saying that it’s not really worth it. It does take a while to get coins but once you start making a good bit of videos, the coins are pretty easy to get

Okay, let me start by saying I love Supergreat. I haven't gotten enough coins to get a product yet, but I've only made 4 reviews and I'm already half way there. I would've given Supergreat a full 5 stars if there were just a few small minor changes, specifically being a better in app video editor. Or at the very least let us upload videos from our camera roll instead! The video editor is very very basic and I feel like the quality video content that's put out could be greatly increased with a few more features like being able to trim videos.

I would especially love a feature where you can upload from the camera roll, since I do most of my video editing on another app. I hope this is something that may make it into an update because I would love to make better quality content for this app!!

When I was introduced to Supergreat , I thought it was a scam bc being honest many apps do that so I wasn’t fully sure it was legit. After I watched people’s videos I saw how they got packages and it was just unbelievable for me! I start redeem drops after 1 week making videos! Suddenly I got my first package and I was in shock I couldn’t believe it so I keep receiving all packages and it was just a dream😍I really love Supergreat and the community is wonderful. Everyone is welcome and I love supporting people and being supported. It’s just amazing and you get to know so much about skincare products what is definitely my favorite part❤️I recommend Supergreat to you all looking for a clean and nice skincare start products as well as makeup💕

It’s really hard to redeem coins, the people that have been on Supergreat for quite a while seem to snag everything in LITERALLY 2 MINUTES?!??
I would like to see a variety of people getting items. Maybe limit the amount of items one can redeem on a monthly basis to ensure that EVERYONE gets A ‘FAIR’ CHANCE to try & receive/review something to get creating content themselves for Supergreat .
Other than that, I love Supergreat creators & content creators. I love the reviews and the ‘Live’ events.
I just want to score products with my coins I’ve earned through purchases, interacting with ‘lives’, watching videos, sharing videos with my followers... it’s kind of a turn off to be investing time AND money into an application and not be able to redeem / get rewards. Will change my four star review to a five star review if this changes.

I was very skeptical of the rewarding system when I read the apps premise on Supergreat store. Once I started using Supergreat it was very easy to make 1 minute videos, & you can review almost ANYTHING. Everyones so supportive & getting coins is easy, I just dislike the reward system. I like Sephora's reward system which allows you to redeem your points from a catalog of products, this app only allows you to redeem them for items which are their “daily drops”, so if there’s an item you really like and don’t have enough then you can’t get it unless you have enough points, it also has a 24 hour timer to redeem the product.

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE Supergreat!!! The reviews, articles, and different products that I’ve been introduced to have changed the way that I look at beauty. Getting honest reviews on different beauty products is what I truly love about this community. The ONLY thing I would change is the drop function. I’ve had Supergreat for about a year and a half now and I’ve NEVER been able to get a drop. If, instead of a drop a day, we could have a store function Supergreat would go from 4 stars to 20 in my eyes. Please consider doing this with Supergreat I feel like it would be way more fun if more people could get products. More products would mean more reviews and, in my eyes, an even better community.

Reason I give it 2 stars is because nobody tells you that this is a first come first serve type of app. It doesn’t matter if you have enough coins to redeem a prize; if you don’t click on it fast enough then you just don’t get anything no matter how many coins you have and that’s what I don’t like about Supergreat . I didn’t know it was a first come first serve and it’s like a battle to redeem stuff; I still haven’t redeem anything and I’ve had enough coins to redeem something. So if you don’t like battling for prizes then Supergreat isn’t for you. Also sometimes their will be reward drops that’s not even on schedule times it’s suppose to be so that’s why I said Supergreat is trickery. The only way you will know about a reward drop is by opening Supergreat and checking for it or keeping up with them on Instagram.

At first, I was skeptical when I heard that an app would send me free products. But they do! And you’ll see how real it is as soon as you download it hehe, because there’s a whole entire community on here. And everybody is so nice and fun and recommends great products! Idk it’s just easy to post makeup reviews, and then get coins in exchange for that. Then you get to pick from a big option of rewards;) Like seriously Supergreat is super generous with these rewards & most of them are hella expensive... and u get them for free! With some this app stickers and stuff so it’s cute. Totally recommend if you’re bored and need something to do everryday or whenever u want. And if you want freeee makeup :-)

Let’s face it, people join Supergreat for the rewards but STAY on Supergreat for the experience but lately the quality has been going more and more downhill. Ever since they expanded their user base, Supergreat has been saturated with hosts that are not entertaining and not at all experts in what they’re talking about. Supergreat gives me HS clique vibes. A lot of the users and hosts are petty in the comments and lives. I heard they also are looking to force you to make videos or ban you from redeeming rewards, which is their prerogative and business model, but not at all inclusive. It’s turning into more and more of a PR shop where people can’t give their honest opinions on the products they review. Overall Supergreat itself is a great idea but it’s just not fun anymore. The lives are repetitive (people who like the sound of their own voice.) and the staff is obtuse.

I use to love Supergreat but it’s gotten hard to even use your coins anymore. I’ve done reviews on products and it’s pretty easy to redeem coins but you can never use your coins anymore because by the time you get the notification to redeem the item of the day or even in live drops it sells out before even a second. They should have it to where you can only get one drop a week so that everyone has a chance to redeem something or do a couple of drops a day but you can only redeem on. A lot of people have so many coins but never get the chance to use them.

okay so I’ve always been very iffy about apps that say you get free stuff, but Supergreat is literally so amazing. Only thing I have to say is that one of my drops never came in. But other than that I’ve never had to spend money on Supergreat and I’ve gotten tons of amazing products. The people on Supergreat are so friendly. I definitely recommend getting Supergreat!! This is by far the best app ever. But to add one thing I don’t know if they’ve done it but I soooo wish they would get to do truly beauty drops ughh that would be amazing!!😂 but yes I absolutely recommend Supergreat!!!

hello!!! where have you been????? you have to download Supergreat now! honestly i thought the rewards were fake, but they are not at all, i absolutely love Supergreat it is amazing. basically you make video reviews and then when people view them you get coins, then with your coins you get rewards. i have redeemed about 8 rewards currently and they are shipped to you for free, it is so cool. the this app community is probably the best part of the whole thing they are so inclusive and positive!!! Plus they have now added tracking on your reward packages which is great!!! THANK YOU SUPERGREATTTTTT!!!!!

I am absolutely in love with Supergreat! You can get free makeup for real and it doesn’t take forever to get coins. The options they have are really trendy and it’s a great way to test out new brands. I would recommend Supergreat to anyone who likes makeup! I’ve gotten full palettes and pretty expensive items from this 100% free

The only flaw so far is that I haven’t found a way to get any shipping information about the products you redeem.

Overall, Supergreat is still a 5 because it’s such a great way to get makeup, and I would 100% recommend it to EVERYONE!

This would be a great site if you could actually get a chance to use your coins to buy ANY of the drops for that day! Every time I get a notification that there’s been a “drop” released and I go to get on Supergreat to claim I can’t all it does is look like it’s trying to load the page the drops are on so I actually never get a chance to claim and review any of the drops !!!!! I’m able to watch lives or other videos or reviews but the page with the drops nope unable to access and this happens always ive never been able to claim a thing! Because of course when I am able to get the page to load of course everything has been claimed so there’s nothing left! Just disappointed and feel like Supergreat is a waste of time think I’m going to be deleting!

Supergreat actually does give away free things, I didn’t believe it myself either. You need to review makeup and get views, and those views turn into coins. Some of the free things they give away are crazy, like 400 coins, but most of the things are reasonable between 30-50 coins. When I first joined Supergreat , they would feature me every once and a while but now they never do. It’s pretty clear that they choose to feature the same people over and over again, so it’s really hard to get views sometimes. Would give Supergreat 5 stars but I don’t like how they rarely feature the little guys.

I loooove Supergreat. At first I was skeptical about the rewards and didn’t think that I would get enough views because everyone would be interested in bigger accounts, but that was not the case at all! Everyone in Supergreat is super nice and you do get your rewards, it’s awesome! It’s amazing and it’s a fun distraction. I was even one of their featured reviewers 🥰 It really has helped me gain confidence knowing that there are people out there with the same skin concerns, and not to mention the same taste in products. It’s REAL people doing these reviews, they’re not getting paid for any of their reviews.

Update:

Would be great to be able to delete potions of clips when making a review. Recording videos on the new iPhone also ends up compressing the videos in a way that elongates the whole video, which can be unflattering.

After achieving a certain amount of coins you can redeem them for various tier rewards, which are updated every 2 weeks.

I have already redeemed for a couple of rewards and everything was completely free!

Whether you’re here to create content, or simply get real reviews about products you’re interested in, you should definitely download Supergreat!

i absolutely love Supergreat so much. all you do is you make a review on a product you already love.. so it could be skincare, makeup, hair products or anything you can think of. edit it, post it, and you get coins based off of how many views/clicks you have. take those coins and once you reach 25 you pick a reward that suits you. and they’ll ship it to you asap!!! it’s all about real people sharing real reviews in exchange for more products to make more reviews. it’s a great cycle trust me. everyone on Supergreat is so kind and loving! wonderful community.

This platform is unique- the community is so supportive and the culture is focused towards creating honest reviews, not towards trying to get the attention of brands. However, Supergreat needs some improvement. I while I wouldn’t say it’s “glitchy,” there are definitely aspects that are in need of review/revision, to be made more user-friendly. Additionally, you cannot make captions or edits on your reviews once they are posted, which is fine, but maybe consider a closed captioning / subtitle option in order to make this platform more accessible. This is my biggest concern.

Supergreat is truly super great!! Its such a positive community/platform and not a gimmick at all, it genuinely provides opportunities to get real beauty rewards sent to your mailbox. I love all the genuine reviews that give you a great reference for trying out new products so you don’t go into it blindly. It also creates a safe space to talk about important issues like black lives matter. Management of Supergreat is amazing and truly wants to generate a space and community that thrives and supports each other.
