SuperMaxOnline stability has improved a lot. Now I have another problem. You can make lists of products you purchase frequently. I have this list, however, not all the products I’ve added to the list appear. This means that when I make a purchase, some items will be left out because I didn’t see them in the list and forgot about them. The purpose of making lists is to help remember, but this list never appears complete! More improvements needed here!

Today was my first use of SuperMaxOnline and service. First you have learn the shortcuts and after that is a breeze the ordering process.

Today I receive the order in my house as the hour I request. Everything well packaged and sorted.

I will use it again.

I got my first delivery today, and I cannot believe that for $5 extra, I get to avoid trying to park, fighting crowds, and lugging bags of heavy groceries from my car to my residence. Supermax does this all for me now, and the delivery person was prompt, polite, and bilingual. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Supermax!!!!

Confusing app combined with absent inventory tracking feature makes for an unreliable and agonizing app experience. Products are often not available but SuperMaxOnline won’t tell you. You have to wait for the company to call you for substitutions just before delivery. One star for effort

Ive downloaded SuperMaxOnline created an account and that was the end of it. When I open it it does nothing, I can’t click on the options, nothing .

In SuperMaxOnline Store it says that I downloaded the English version and I can’t even read it enough to set the account up and I can’t find anywhere for help

Imagine writing an app for a grocery store in a US territory where 50% of the people IN the store speak English and having NO option for English anywhere in SuperMaxOnline .

Love SuperMaxOnline and service, and have used it in the past, but I haven’t been able to open it for two days. Keeps crashing. Update was only a week ago. Please fix!

Baje la aplicación, me registre, hice mi primera selección y cuando voy a continuar para completar la compra, ufff!!!....lógralo si puedes!!.... ni acepta editar perfil, ni datos algunos. Tienen que mejorar esa aplicación si quieren verdaderamente incursionar en ese tipo de servicio.

Todo llegò perfecto y tal como lo pedí,como si hubiera ido yo misma! Tuve que llamar por una duda y la chica que me atendió fuè muy diligente. La compra llegó a la hora indicada... primera vez y la experiencia fuè buena.

Excelente servicio! No regreso a perder tiempo en las filas de los supermercados. Además, online uno puede ir midiendo la cantidad de dinero que uno gasta y no se le queda nada sin pedir. Ellos me llamaron para darme alternativas de los productos que no tenían disponibles. La muchacha del delivery fue muy amable. Recomendado.

Estoy registrado en la página online y ya he hecho compras por ahí (un éxito), pero intento hacer login al App y se queda en la misma página de entrar usuario y contraseña.

Buena utilidad; fácil de usar. Un "feature" que me gustaría ver es poder añadir items individuales de mis pasadas compras. Al momento la opción que te provee es colocarlo todo. Pero utilizo las listas y me gusta mucho. Overall la aplicación es muy buena y el servicio también.
