Speed perks only loads about 30% of the time. The app takes an unusually long time to load. I probably spend more money on Auto parts (I have five vehicles and two of those vehicles are project trucks that I am rebuilding from the tires to the roof and everything in between) than most repair shops. I would love nothing more then to shop at for most of my needs at Advanced since your shop is the closest parts store to me. I can honestly say that within the past six months I have spent over $7,000 on parts elsewhere because of the poor app design and function and lack of any kind of inventory or interest in providing your customers with options. I felt that as a business owner myself I would appreciate the time someone takes to let me know what it is that I can do to keep my clients happy and to ensure my business remains profitable and competitive. The people you have working at your store all know me by name and are always a pleasure doing business with and I would like to give you more of my money but it is getting harder and harder to do so. Hopefully, this is something that you are interested in turning around and if not that's cool too. I would just like to know what to expect because everyone can appreciate consistency whether it's consistently good or consistently bad. Last little bit of advice... You shouldn't offer or release a product that doesn't work or works poorly. It would be smarter not to have an app at all if you can't consistently provide the end user with a product that works. How much more money and potential long term clients do you lose on a regular Basis? Not many people have the patience to attempt to do business with a company that they feel probably doesn't care if they shop somewhere else because if they did care even a little bit, then you would take the time to address some of the problems that you have with your user interface software. Control your controllables especially when it directly affects the ease of doing business that you set the expectation of. Thanks for reading.
