Recent update

Most recent update will not even load the splash screen. Have not been able to access mobile banking for over a week now.

Broken app

CBSBank definitely has issues that need to be addressed. It used to work great but it slowly went downhill over the past few months. Constant error messages when attempting to login…and now CBSBank will not even launch at all. It just shows a blank white screen. I have deleted CBSBank and re-downloaded in an attempt to try to make it work again but to no avail.

It crashes as soon as I open it.

Since COVID the bank nearest me closed down, so I drive an hour to the closest one there and back to deposit my checks. Over a month ago CBSBank quit working, I have an iPhone 11 up to date and CBSBank is up to date as well. I try to open it every time before I go to the bank hoping it will work so I can do a mobile deposit but, no.

Transactions declined for no reason

Tired of transactions being declined when there is enough money in my account. This has happened on several occasions lately.

CRAPPY

Won’t stay logged in! Also, it always says my information is wrong when it logs me out and will not let me reset passwords or anything. Eventually let’s me log back in with the information it says is incorrect. Very frustrating!!

Why require a password for transfers?

Requiring a password to complete an internal transfer when I’m already logged in is silly. Doing it on the website doesn’t require one, why does CBSBank ?

Rarely works

This is great for keeping your account in check at any time and place from your phone, but that’s IF it decides to work, it’s almost always crashing and not working and very annoying when you need to know your balance or something. It can go on for a week that it doesn’t work.
I’ve been trying to get CBSBank to work, deleting it and reloading it over and over for weeks now and it will reload but won’t open, says it needs to upgraded but when it takes me to CBSBank Store to upgrade it, the button is not pushable, so not even that works.

Experiencing Issues

CBSBank continually says”The Mobile Banking application is experiencing issues. Please ensure you have the latest version”. I would hope that when I open it from CBSBank Store, it’s the latest version. I can only use it 50% of the time.

Deposits

Not a fan of the remote deposit part it seems like I never can get it to deposit it correctly. Probably operator error.

The newest version...

The newest version for the new iOS update is awful. I can hardly log in half the time. I get an error message. It also won’t save the sign in “Touch ID” when it’s turned on. Please fix.

I have a horrible time using the mobile app! Several times it would not even open to let me use my finger print or user name and password. I love the people that work at my branch; but CBSBank leaves a lot to be desired.

Ok app

Fingerprint sign in is not working again! Happens all the time. Went into settings on CBSBank to turn it on multiple times and won’t save it. Now won’t take user name or password. Lots of bugs with sign in at the moment but otherwise a good app

Could be great app.

App is great except that I have to delete CBSBank every couple of days and re-download it because fingerprint ID quits working. This is the only app I have that does this and I have called multiple times and can’t get a fix. Very frustrating. RandyC14

Best Banking App

I have 4 banks and this is the best, most complete, best user friendly banking app on the market.
