I was told that the monthly interest was earned “during the calendar month”. It’s not the end of the month yet as I type this, and you’ve already assigned the interest for the month at a whopping $.31. Not happy about that! My 12 charges were finished before the end of the month.

It locks me out, glitches with login, closes, has a lot of issues but when it does work 70% of the time, I can text money to friends, receive money through text, check my accounts, quick transfer between accounts and much more. Just wish ProgressiveBank worked

I had been using ProgressiveBank awhile and it had to update recently. After this update it made me log in with the password instead of remembering it like before. Today we had to use a different card because a transaction required more than we had in the account. Had I been able to login without my wife’s phone that was in the car while we were in the store, we would have checked the account and transferred money to cover the transaction.
That caused a lot of stress and made for a difficult situation.
I hope that never happens again. I asked to register this device . Do it!

Banking through phone apps should be convenient and quick. However, ProgressiveBank has to be removed and reinstalled 1-3 times every week and Face ID rarely works leading to manual log ins. Considering changing banks just due to the fact that this is so annoying and time consuming. 5 years should have been ample time to get those 2 things straightened out. Plus the inconvenience of week long holds on large deposits as well as no ability to have immediate, same day money transfers from apps is a little archaic at this point in society. All of my family and friends who use different banks (some local, some national) have told me that I’m using the wrong bank if I can’t even get money transferred same day from apps like PayPal and if they want to hold my large check deposits for a week that have never once in 5 years been an issue of any kind. I guess I wanted this bank to prove them wrong but I now agree.

Compared to other bank sites, the PB app is far below par. However, this version is an upgrade from the previous one.

There are some bugs every now and again, but overall it has a good feel. There is some formatting that could make the experience more seamless but overall good.

Every update to ProgressiveBank is amazing! All features are easily accessible and laid out with excellent backend support if there are any problems.

So proud that our local bank has an app that’s as good if not better than national bank alternatives. As an accountholder at chase I can say the progressive app does everything chase’s does with a few additional quality of life add-ons.
