I have been trying to cancel my account and get a refund since November of 2023. I keep emailing the NFL support email that my ticket was created with that say to reply to this email and I still have yet to hear back. I went and canceled my subscription on the app and I am still being charged $6.99 monthly so I would now like my refund of $41.94. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

I canceled nfl network in December or January and you are still charging me $6.99. X January February and March 18 and I would like my money back.

I have a BIG PROBLEM-see below. I would like to remind all broadcasters & executives that there are TWO teams playing in the Super Bowl; not just the KC Chiefs. I am not a fan of either team, in fact, my Lions just lost to SF. However, the station leads off with KC EVERY SINGLE DAY & NIGHT. All the comparisons to Brady are over the top ridiculous!! Yes, Mahomes has great numbers; however, let's circle back in about 15 years and see where he's at. Of all the shows, the GMFB hosts are likely the most impartial. Even P Schrager who loves the Chiefs & Mahomes, said it's far too soon to compare the two QB's and name Mahomes the new king. SF has many good players and a great coach too. Players that don't disrespect other teams by throwing helmets and being cocky with the opposing team's fans. SF has a great team and should get more than an honorable mention. I feel anyone involved in sports broadcasting should be able to objectively look at all teams involved in whatever game is being played and comment impartially even if they are die-hard fans of a particular team. If they can't be objective, they shouldn't be on air; they can spout off to their relatives who likely agree with them. Lastly, don't make it so hard to find out how and where to submit feedback. We pay for your station and should be allowed to leave feedback without an act of Congress.

I'd like to request that the print of the "banner" at the bottom of the TV screen be enlarged a bit. Even with a 55" TV only 10' away and with progressive lens glasses I still have great difficulty reading it. Thank you.

Can't log in to my account on my laptop. I will watch app while traveling soon. Can't log in on my daughter's tv. Chat was no good; wanted $1.00 plus $55.00 to get answers. Please inform me how to get the app on my laptop thanks

can not access nfl+ with laptop or my firestick. It appears i have 2 accounts, so 1 should work. I can watch games after they are played. Can't watch the NFL channel, stream live games, well actually access anything that isn't 2 hrs old. Can't stream radio either, unless i use a radio.

Why is MJ Acosta no longer hosting Total Access? She is NFL Network's best on air host on what used to be my favorite NFL Network program, Total Access.

I wish that you had more women who look like real people who don't have a pushed up and emphasized and just the right amount of exposed bust; guys will still watch your network; really, it's true and you might get more female viewers. just saying.

Feel the need to express an issue I had this morning (1/30/23) with your new hire, on Good Morning Football. Jaime Urdahl. My husband of 45 years, died 45 days ago. I had finally mustered the courage to watch the breakdown of what happened yesterday with playoff teams, for the first time, encouraged by my sister-in-law this morning discussing how impressive the KC Chiefs were with Patrick Mahoms who my husband loved to watch and we had watched together. Watching ANY football or even hearing about football has been extremely difficult. His death was sudden, unexpected, and tragic. He was an avid watcher of the NFL network. Daily. When I turned it on this morning, there was discussion of the game and an enthusiastic breakdown by one of the other male hosts. Then the camera turns to her - Her - what I considered very arrogant, haughty, and I guess what she considered impressive somehow was " I don't know if you watch football, but shame on you if you don't" Guess she is trying to make an impression and gain status to encourage ratings??!! At this point I said out loud in my empty house - " I have a good reason for not having watched that game !" I would encourage management / executives to remind Jaime " remember you are speaking to a varied audience and you might consider what you say and how you say it. We have a societal responsibilty on television - remember that?? People are watching and listening and it is important to be somewhat introspective and sensitive to that responsibilty. Consider other people for a minute, Jaime, in a way that you obviously did NOT this morning. Remember who your audience MIGHT be. I do not have a Twitter account or I would have messaged her personally. P.S He was a huge, huge, lifelong Browns fan. Forever Browns.

absolutely the worst service.i paid for the rest of the season for my TV. it will not work with my provider but it's impossible to get your money back .I won't keep it on my phone anymore now either .no regard whatsoever for the consumer.

Greetings, This week, NFL Network is airing the Chiefs game and the Buccaneers game multiple times - one might think those were the only two games played this past week. There are many time slots devoted to game replays every week, and the same two games this week (Chiefs and Buccaneers respectively) are dominating the replays. How about giving other games some airtime. I'd like to see the Cardinals, Giants, Jets, and Cowboys game replays, please. Thank you, Donald

I purchased NFL Plus premium which works fine on my lap top, but does not work on apple tv, even after going through the activation process...it kicks me to a "restore service" page and then says it doesn't recognize my account....arghh!

Holy cow what an awful app.

During Week #1, when on the nfl.com website and checking the actual statistics during the game the following two things were happening: 1) The game stats by player were not available and an error message would come up about them not being available. This never happened in previous seasons. 2) When the game stats by player were available, none of the in-game statistics for the 2022 rookies were coming up. An example from this past Sunday's Texans - Colts games, there were no stats for Dameon Pierce. This also applied to rookie defensive players: as Devin Lloyd of the Jaguars put up 8 solo tackles and 2 assists but did not make the stats list below. It was also happening during the preseason games as well. I trust that other people have brought this to your attention. Thank you very much

Your app sucks. I will cancel my subscription in September. I have tried to work with you all but no luck. You just lost a paying customer. I will tell everyone I know to not waste there money.

NFL Network is not playing the live pre-season games. We purchased the NFL Network as an extra through Spectrum. I have contacted Spectrum 4 times in over a week and the issue is not resolved. Please advise.
