Summary of CBORD Problems 🔥

- Won’t let me get past the log in page because none of the buttons work.

- Error saying the reader is too far from the phone even when the phone is touching the reader.

- Doesn't have 3D Touch or Apple wallet so I don't have to actually go into the app every single time.

cbord is not working to add money to the account. this is not convenient at all...can't get food or wash clothes....I am cut off because of this procedure to get food or do laundry.

How to fix CBORD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CBORD app on iPhone
Update CBORD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CBORD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CBORD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CBORD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CBORD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CBORD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CBORD App
1. On android, goto Settings » CBORD » click [Force Stop]

Update CBORD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CBORD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CBORD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CBORD.

Fix CBORD unable to contact server/ CBORD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CBORD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CBORD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CBORD
