cbord is not working to add money to the account. this is not convenient at all...can't get food or wash clothes....I am cut off because of this procedure to get food or do laundry.

I have tried to log in to select my husband's meals at RMH and it had continued to say I have encountered an error. I have literally tried for hours.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CBORD app issues:

Force Stop the CBORD App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CBORD app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CBORD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CBORD App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CBORD app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CBORD.

Fix CBORD unable to contact server/ CBORD internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CBORD » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CBORD » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
