It’s great that the website includes “Pets Allowed” information right below the Description of the property. Zillow doesn’t have this. However, this information is nowhere on OneKey . In order to be a replacement for the website, this information should really be included. I shouldn’t have to toggle between the website and App and have to copy and paste the MLS ID every time I view a property’s listing.
No ability to get all the homes you want to see. It only shows the 75 newest homes. Hides the ones on the market longer. Not good for looking for a home or selling your own. I do not recommend. This seems like an old program from the 1990s not showing all results and unable to sort correctly or at all
What is the point when you have to scroll down to find an agent and go through all those steps to find a listed home and then go back and find an agent- OMG the worst
Have to close out of app a lot of times and info does not give as much details as the website ... months later it still is not working
OneKey shows nothing for sale even though there are literally dozens of houses for sale. OneKey doesn’t even show coming soon houses even though they are listed on the MLS. The federal government is correct to go after these corrupt MLS.
The MLS website is great however for the past month on OneKey whenever I search for houses by neighborhood everything comes up with 0 results. I try 10 neighborhoods and everything just says 0. So for a month OneKey has been utterly useless. It’s unfortunate because I do prefer to use MLS. I hope they do fix this issue.
App always worked great until a few weeks ago when I updated OneKey . Old listings are being shown with old open house dates. Listings that are not on the market are showing on OneKey , and not the website. School district does not appear, and floor plan descriptions no longer appear.
Please update. This has made house searching quite difficult.
The majority of the time I use OneKey it will show zero results. Come on! No condos available in an entire town? Doubt that. I would not recommend wasting your time with OneKey.
Updated app and suddenly doesn’t recognize any of my user info and when updating has old info. Cannot message or email real time listings. They are all “u known files”- app is horrific
Was great, ever since the update from mls to one key it doesn’t actually save the homes I save! Making it a PIA. I found a slight work around where I just email the listings I want to save to myself but it would be nice if hearting something actually saved. I saved a ton of listings I was to check out and my whole list was wiped and hearting just doesn’t work at all anymore
OneKey has some cool functions like map view but zero ability to search by keywords. For example you can’t search for “waterfront: homes or “renovated” or “ranch”. Why so limited?
I feel that the most recent update wasn’t a great one. I constantly have to fix my search in order to see updated homes. It doesn’t just update on it’s own. It also doesn’t show all of the information it used to. I also don’t enjoy their updated website either.

Won’t sort properly. At times won’t change to desired area of interest. However Great New Look!!!! Love it!!
Filters don’t always work correctly
OneKey needs the ability to put in multiple locations. You can in the website but not OneKey

Very helpful when purchasing a home. I would recommend them adding a function that would allow you to adjust he taxes when searching for a house. Then, I will update my star rating to 5!
The best way for a phone to access the requirements
There is not a section for selecting apartments, but other then that great app.
