Nice, sarcastically speaking from nonprofessional

This was great, it only had some furniture. Then more furniture is in, thanks. Now my selection of furniture is gone. And what is up with the duplication of files. I think I have 10 duplicates of one file that I created. Please stop duplicating my files! Afraid to delete duplicates in fear of losing the original. I got Roomle3DARroomplanner because it had no hidden fees and was free. Now in order to use the plain white furniture that I have been using since download will not show, and it seams that I have to pay to get it back, not cool. Don't like the name brands, because I can't modify the size. Just would like to have my furniture that I have been using since the beginning. Thanks.
New problem. Now I can't access any of my plans because you now have to have a subscription to have more than one plan and I have over 25 plans stored in my account. I put 5 stars to get the programmers attention, but it now deserves no stars as they don't understand. Will be looking for another free program since this is no longer free with my already over 25 plans that I can't access anymore.

Love it! Just some minor issues

I love Roomle3DARroomplanner! It’s exactly what I was looking for and much much more. The 3D walkthroughs are particularly awesome. However, there are some stupid little nuisances I discovered almost immediately, and I would have expected a little more from an app that costs so much: If you have two items of furniture next to each other - specifically in my cases, when one of the pieces are encircling the other one - it is sometimes impossible so far as I’ve found to select the smaller piece of furniture without selecting the larger one. Secondly, I’m still trying to figure out how to open up a wall and expand an existing room (like when you decide to add a hallway onto an existing room you already spent 30 minutes working on). Other very minor nuisances I’ve discovered, but not worth mentioning. Still love it a lot and it’s very user friendly and general. Definitely worth the 7 dollars for the three month subscription.

Effectively a paid advertisement

Did a lot of work on trial version to get my new office set up just right. When moving day came along (many months later) updated to a paid subscription, only to find all the advanced work was gone! (Base floor plans still existed but the plans with all the furniture - painstakingly custom crafted - was gone. Far in away the bulk of the effort)

More to the point, if you are like me and don’t buy all your furniture from ikea, have a Lot of custom-built stuff, or misc second hand, putting in “generic” items is nearly impossible. You end up trawling through pages of branded items, with very limited search capability, to get something approximating what you have. A number of items I had in old “lost” design I can’t even find again!

While I accept the convenience of being able to drop an ikea sofa onto your plan, this should be a fringe benefit not the core functionality - which is planning a space.

Mostly Good

I like Roomle3DARroomplanner but it has a couple of thing that need adjusting. The first thing is that the height cannot be changed. I will type in a different height and then it won’t actually change anything. Very annoying. Second thing: what is up with the file duplication?? I made a plan and then it gave me something like 10 “backups” but the only one that is actually correct and recent is the one I was working on so the backups do nothing.

Not very user friendly

So, I was trying to rearrange my room today and I was getting really stressed out about it for some reason. I then remembered that they had these sort of artificial reality room arranger apps and I downloaded a few. This one is so hard because you have to measure your room perimeters and then input it into Roomle3DARroomplanner and draw it with your finger. This is pretty hard (btw I’m not lazy) because once you draw it, it’s pretty much permanent... unless you figure out a way to adjust it. For many many reasons, this was by far the worst one out of all of the apps I tried because the other ones had an ar scanner and you just pointed your camera at a corner and it would automatically measure it and turn it into a floor plan. You could super easily edit it, add furniture, and view it in 3D in the most of the other apps. But anyways, for several reasons I would not recommend Roomle3DARroomplanner.

Not worth downloading.

I first bought Roomle3DARroomplanner a few years ago and at the time it was pretty good. There were not as many features as there are now, but over time they added lots of cool furniture items and it was a really good app. 3D design apps are hard to find so I loved Roomle3DARroomplanner and would use it all the time. There was only one issue. They had some problems saving floor plans and it would create multiple copies of a house. Despite this, I had over 15 floor plans and when I opened Roomle3DARroomplanner again after not using it for a while, I now cannot edit any of those existing designs because of their update. You now have to buy an upgrade which is a monthly or yearly fee that is WAY too expensive. Do not download Roomle3DARroomplanner because you will have to pay more than a normal program and it is not worth the amount of money. Maybe I would pay 99cents for Roomle3DARroomplanner, but not a monthly subscription.

They upgraded and now want me to pay again

I pain-stakingly used their app to draw a simple rectangle and to make the straight lines took many many many hours and then to try and get the fireplace, chairs and table was so impossible it took days so that the elevation was correct and sitting on the floors and walls ugh there was no ability to snap it to the walls or floor. After I spent all of this time and bought Roomle3DARroomplanner for 1.99 then they upgraded it and took away my access from my own design and want me to pay them again for this horrible experience. There was nothing stated that the money was only good until they decided otherwise. I get it f you want to se their plans and designs but if it is Mine why do I need to pay them again?

I do not recommend this to anyone and I hope this terrible experience will convince people to walk away!

More frustrating than it was useful

Roomle3DARroomplanner technically could do everything I needed it to do and then some, but the user experience was so infuriating for furniture and architectural details that I ended up giving up and finding something else. 99% of my furniture items were mockups and I had to find every one by scrolling all the way to the bottom (which was really janky and laggy) just to reach the mockup materials and then look through every item for what I needed. The search function only works for the designer furniture. I could see this being great if you just want to design an imaginary dream home, but it’s way too cumbersome to try to input every piece of furniture you own unless every single one is already in their catalog.

Almost perfect

This is hands-down a fantastic app. The ability to completely customize your room dimensions and furniture sizes is amazing, they have enough mockup furniture to at least get the shapes and dimensions right, and the 3D walkthrough is amazing. Love Roomle3DARroomplanner!!! The only thing that could really make it better (so far) is I wish there were more mock up furniture options or that you could change the color and/or size of the other existing furniture.

Two words: PURE AWESOMENESS

Roomle3DARroomplanner is incredible.

I used the AR function to create an initial outline. It was off, but not too badly. So I measured manually and corrected the plan.

Then I started adding furniture and that’s where Roomle3DARroomplanner really shined. I just moved into a tiny studio and it’s really important to find just the right placement and dimensions for all items.

Roomle3DARroomplanner allowed me to place different pieces, adjust their size and then view the room in 3D to evaluate how it all looks.

But the most amazing thing is that you can also take the furniture and place it in the room with the AR function. This let’s you REALLY see whether a certain furniture size is too big or just right.

I haven’t been this excited for an app in a LONG time.

One more thing: you can also sync your plan with the web version where it’s a little easier to adjust certain things.

It’s good

It’s good but one problem When it tells me to hit a button to send something to my email it doesn’t send so then I have stuck on my screen and I have nowhere to get out of it out of it. It was very annoying so I just had to delete it but otherwise it’s good But I think there should be more pet things and more colors and more door options I think you should add dog figures and cat figures and fish figures in an actual tank with fish in it so it would be detailed and really cool but when you actually buy the thing it doesn’t come with fish or Ken it’s your choice well that’s it.

An awesome app

Roomle3DARroomplanner is really helpful and I really like it unlike other apps you don’t need to buy almost anything it is really easy to make a room plus they already give you some options of the room shape so you don’t have to. It is really easy to work with it especially if you are a student there are so many options that you can choose from an I would recommend everyone to try it

Very limited furniture collection

Roomle3DARroomplanner is simple to use but the lack of furniture styles is disappointing. If you want to use this to see how your room will look, don’t bother. If you want to just place objects to see how they fit in your space, Roomle3DARroomplanner is usable - provided you can find furniture pieces with the proper dimensions. Let’s say you want to put a rectangular dining room table into your plan. You will have to choose one and then click on the details to determine dimensions. Very little furniture color choice, some drawings give you a 360 view, there is a lot of European style that most people in US and Canada would not be interested in.

Good, can be better

It’s easy to use and navigate, I wish we could modify the size of furniture tho
Also when adding shelves, if we could also be able to place various in the same spot but at different heights, this could be solved by not just giving us a birds eye view but also being able to modify things in 3D mode

Can’t click items

Worked about 45 minuets in Roomle3DARroomplanner and gave up. I tried to select existing walls but my taps were hardly recognized. I tried a combination of different tap pressures and touch durations. Instead of selecting the wall, it tilted or added corners, ( wall locked or not ), would split them into two or would add a new one behind it. I couldn’t consistently edit the walls beyond tapping the measurement label for each. The information icon and the delete button are not accessible without the entire wall selected. Also the art board would randomly pan up or down when attempting to draw walls in empty white space. iPhone 6s

Wish it had a few features

Roomle3DARroomplanner is very easy to get a quick mock up of a room design. I actually don’t utilize the product catalog very much. I’m mostly designing music studio spaces so most of what I need I s not included in the catalog.
I wish there were more construction based items.
The color, texture, and surface scheme seems limited.
Also the snapping feature is restrictive. I wish you could turn it off. I wish there were better measuring tools. Basically more architectural tools.

Works well!

Tbh I was skeptical from some of the reviews about it being difficult to use. It appears those people are likely not used to using apps... because it is actually SUPER simple to figure out. Took me under 30minutes to design a room, put furniture in, and paint the walls. Patience, zooming in and out and using all 3 types of views (2D, 3D, and walkthrough) are key when trying to get things precise.

By

Meh..

This program on the iPhone has potential but it's very limited, buggy and it crashes a lot. You can't create any textured walls, the colors are limited, the furniture selection is limited, you can't change the size of most furniture, nor the color, and the worst thing is the "undo" button doesn't really work. I've had it literally destroy my floor plan honestly because it bugged out so hard. Wasted money on this unfortunately. It seems like I paid just to be able to create more than 1 floor plan.

By

Simple

Easy to use if it would stop crashing and freezing. Have a hard to finding items as it puts it in the middle of nowhere sometimes. But overall compared to the other apps I’ve tried this one is the easiest to get results of what you are trying to do. So even after paying for other apps I came back to this one on a free basic usage

By

Okay

I know that you get more/better things if you upgrade. I was able to make a beautiful dining room but wasn’t able to do anything else. I think that we should be able to have more than one plan even if we don’t upgrade. I enjoy the amount of flexibility I have on Roomle3DARroomplanner but really thought that I could do more than one plan. If I knew that only one plan could be made I would not have downloaded Roomle3DARroomplanner, Sorry.

Free functionality

Fix this functionality: Your free plan becomes locked when Roomle3DARroomplanner creates the backup plan.

As a free user you can not have more than one plan. That means as soon as Roomle3DARroomplanner creates a backup of your plan your current free plan becomes locked. Since now you technically have two plans. Your initial free plan and a backup. To be able to edit your original free plan you have to manually delete backup that app generated.
