Not customer oriented

You pay and then they remove content, channels, football is not live anymore. They always have arguments like government, Setanta, etc. Application is slower and more bugs in new versions. They remove 4K channels from your TV where they worked fine, but now your tv is too old, because … no explanation. Customer support just copies predefined phrases and never helps you, because… you know… it’s all about money now, they don’t understand that happy customer is the best investment for a long time. Don’t recommend to buy subscription, MEGOGO will be closed in couple years if they don’t change money oriented to customer oriented approach. Wish that smart persons who can make decisions understands this potion sometimes, when not late.
Awful and intransparent app. Seems like a SCAM

Awful app. Almost scam. I payed to register and then upgrade subscription to “premium” and still wasn’t able to watch content I wanted (NBA game). Tried use different browsers, vpn etc - didn’t work. On the website Q&A page I didn’t find any explanation on why broadcasting don’t work. Moreover, before I subscribed I wasn’t informed about different conditions (country from where I use this app, device etc) my account has to meet to actually be able to watch content I want. UNSUBSCRIBED
No subtitles in Apple TV app

Same application for xBox has working subtitles, but drops connections. Apple TV app is more stable, but it’s missing the profile history (you’re watching) and despite all the settings In place, there’s no way to turn subtitles on.
