You pay and then they remove content, channels, football is not live anymore. They always have arguments like government, Setanta, etc. Application is slower and more bugs in new versions. They remove 4K channels from your TV where they worked fine, but now your tv is too old, because … no explanation. Customer support just copies predefined phrases and never helps you, because… you know… it’s all about money now, they don’t understand that happy customer is the best investment for a long time. Don’t recommend to buy subscription, this app will be closed in couple years if they don’t change money oriented to customer oriented approach. Wish that smart persons who can make decisions understands this potion sometimes, when not late.

Same application for xBox has working subtitles, but drops connections. Apple TV app is more stable, but it’s missing the profile history (you’re watching) and despite all the settings In place, there’s no way to turn subtitles on.

Quality is bad, channels work randomly. My card has been charged 3 times, but most channels still don’t work! I pay high money for this app but get such a little comeback. Not satisfied!

It’s so stupid show ads for users that already paid for subscription

I used to watch tv channels through MEGOGO on my Apple TV but someone screwed MEGOGO . All news channels disappeared. Please, fix it.

Awful app. Almost scam. I payed to register and then upgrade subscription to “premium” and still wasn’t able to watch content I wanted (NBA game). Tried use different browsers, vpn etc - didn’t work. On the website Q&A page I didn’t find any explanation on why broadcasting don’t work. Moreover, before I subscribed I wasn’t informed about different conditions (country from where I use MEGOGO, device etc) my account has to meet to actually be able to watch content I want. UNSUBSCRIBED

I was thinking like Victorious and Sam & Cat because those are my ChildHood TV Shows. But they are not on there.. Can you put like Tv Shows for kids 6-10

MEGOGO is for OLD people, come on now it’s 2019 now! When I look up some thing like “ The Amazing world of Gumball “ NO RESULTS MEGOGO is boring and trash I’m sorry if this leaves you guys offended but I would recommend adding NEW MODERN DAY movies! 😑

Why? Why? Why can't I use my iPad in English, but set this app to Russian.

I guess we'll never know.

Update: I'm running iOS 14.3 on iPad. THERE IS NO setting to change the language in MEGOGO settings nor in the iOS settings.

Upd: last update brings app crash on old iPad air (iOS 12.5.1)

It’s easy to subscribe through the ios app, but it’s hard to restore the password in order to share the subscription on other device. Several times I’ve got a message ‘we emailed you the restore instruction’, but I never get that email.

Why there is no mentioning of a separate app for Apple TV? Why use AirPlay if you have a separate app for Apple TV? Why is there no support for EPG on this app app for Apple TV?

Your Apple TV app needs work to be useable (No EPG, inconvenient channel switching).
Do mention to other folks you have a separate app for Apple TV (not a word on your web site, not a word in the description of this app for iPhone/iPad).
