I can't login to Airasia Move aps. I thought I got my password wrong. So try click forgot password but it gave me same error message. Through Airasia website I manage to change Airasia password but I still can't login to Airasia Move app. I been trying a few days already. How am I to book your flight if this issue can't be resolve, please help urgently.
Air asia application not functioning..cannot book flight because cannot show destination
Upon loading the airasia app, it hangs on the capital a logo and a tapir. Tried uninstalling, remove cache, remove data. Can't load on my s22 galaxy ultra. Please help!

When i tried to book flight , the app stops at "looking out the windows for add-ons for your trip"
Airasia apps and website are not working, no issue with my internet connection. These been going for days and rate to add baggage is increasing by days. Not happy with this, its getting more expensive now than other airlines.
I'm not receiving OTP using my registered US number in the profile. Same issue as others reported.
Ongoing issue with getting OTP to my USA cell number required for the apps. Why? All run on AI and no human interactions. Facial recognition is a required sign-up - why? In the meantime, I am unable to book flights without the apps. How can Air Asia run this business? 29 July 2-2023
Cannot receive an OTP verification number with my on file US number. I am unable log into the Air Asia app without this OTP verification. This has been occurring for more than 2 weeks. Please resolve the functionality of this useless application.
Unable to receive OTP to USA mobile number. Can’t login to make purchase for almost a month. AirAsia is losing lots of business. Tech team should add alternative method (eg. Via email or mobile ) to receive OTP, not solely rely on 1 delivery channel
