I booked a flight for my friend on the 12th of June 2018 Flight # Z2 327 from MNL to Tacloban, she was already at the airport & terminal hours before the flight, when suddenly the kiosk of the check-in machine isn’t showing her flight & then she ask it number of times to an attendant who was also wasn’t professionally knowledgeable about the flight time of that said Flight # Z2 327. Very poor accessibility & communication & lack of helpfulness from the crew itself. Because of that it cost her her flight & the supervisor wasn’t helpful to make amends about the confusion not only she was left from the flight but 4 other customers were force to get a new ticket without any amends, all forfeited because of the poor of execution of your company. Never will I be a customer with Airasia again my good sir/ma’am. NEVER AGAIN. P.S All your flights are always delayed.
I kept trying repeatedly to check a bag for about 30 hours prior to my flight on both the app and the website. You save money when you check your bag in advance. It kept giving me an error (I must have tried 10x over the 30 hours, at different times of day and even on the way to the airport and at the airport). When we got to the counter, the lady working was like, “too bad, now you have to pay full price to check your bag at the counter” despite me showing her a bunch of screenshots of the bag booking errors. No sympathy, no customer service. When things are smooth, he’s, it’s a cheap price, but when there’s an issue, this company has no accountability.
We booked a flight to pucket from Chiang Mai and we tried to cancel it due to the typhoon that was heading to picket and Samui we tried canceling it before there 24 hours which is aloud and no one was able to help, they customer service phone number wasn’t working and we head to the airport in Chiang Mai and the staff couldn’t do anything they told us to go online and do it and we couldn’t we spent 2 hours on the phone which cost us a lot as it was international we drove and hour to the airport and still they couldn’t do anything. I don’t recommend this airline if you are in asia or anywhere in thailand. The worst!
