My full name is 23 characters long and is not supported during registration. This is the same name in my passport and on all my Chinese banks (although each bank decides decides differently whether to put my last name first...). Please china- research how names work in the world. There are surnames. There are given names. Ask for both, and accept that some of these names are really long.

What a stupid app it is!!! Just a tiny app update and resets everything including authentication and Face ID. This is the out come of monopoly. They can do what ever stupid and terrible thing they want just because there is no other choice.

You will do everything and create and account, but you can’t select the train. The button to select a train doesn’t work. Yikes.

Shows a blank page

I can’t understand there is a app that needs China’s phone number while only provides services to foreigner passport holders.

It is the worst app I have ever used. It can make up tickets for you without your permission and send you a message “ hey, you bought tickets successfully “. No time no train number. It is very much in line with the Chinese government‘s usual hooliganism

I couldn’t even register so other than searching for train times 铁路12306 does not work. Very frustrating since there are few easy options.

It can’t even load the registration page which is required to purchase a ticket

无法注册也没有客服可咨询 if you don’t have a Chinese ID or +86 mainland phone number can’t register or buy tickets. No customers service can help you with any issues.

Can’t believe there is such a trash app in 2020

I wasn’t able to use 铁路12306 at all because it froze every time I tried to sign up for an account. After 10 times, I have up

Signed up thru 铁路12306 , and submitted my information for verification, no response. Then I went to train station 2 hours in advance for in person ID verification, the personnel does not know how verify. Waited 90 mins in line and there were only 10 customers, and this is probably the most frustrating experience that I need to purchase a train ticket directly from a company.

I downloaded it but only able to check rain schedule, I could not even register myself. Only a complete white screen with nothing showing. Asked another person to check, got the same thing. How is this possible?

Please remove the open-screen advertisement! It seriously affects my user experience, which also violates the EU advertising policy. If you don't change it, I think you may have to react to Apple! Or you will receive legal sanctions!

The keeps hangs with a white/blank screen when I try to register. I have to delete 铁路12306 and reinstall it but I still cannot register.

Clicked the register, no response. Tried many times within several hours, still did not let the register go through. Have to delete from my phone.

Why publish an app where foreigners cannot confirm their phone number and email address! My friends have the same problem! Absolutely horrible. Buying a train ticket in China is such a nightmare!!! Now waiting line to buy a ticket at the counter and will (again!) miss my train that would have left in one hour!!!

You can not register and verify with the English version of 铁路12306. It is largely useless.

wont work if you dont give permission to it. Please ban it.

No way to look up my tickets through web, this feature is only supported in mobile app. What’s more, no English support for 铁路12306.

I can not find the way to change the language or download the English version... 😫

铁路12306 once update will be changed hard ,not easy useful, a country tail purchase App made so hard useful , i will not use it ;

I switched to 铁路12306 after the website keep showing “system is busy” message, and hope I can do the passport verification on 铁路12306 by any luck. It turned out it’s even worse on 铁路12306 , the passport screen loads as blank screen with nothing, zero, nil. What a joke.

Why is such good software so difficult to use? ？ ？ The operation is very inconvenient

1. can’t purchase at night;2. Cannot get Hong Kong Tickets

Just delete the application and enjoy your life.

As a foreigner, I need an English version of 铁路12306. Chinese doesn’t help one bit.

Please optimise the settings of the dynamic island, don't lock screen state left slide clear and then can't show again, suggest to give a button to show real time activity, easy to show again

I installed 铁路12306 to facilitate some travel plans in China. Using some online tutorials, I switched the language to English to help navigate. Other tutorials stated that switching to simplified Chinese would help 铁路12306 function properly, which was true. Unfortunately, the option to switch back to English then disappeared forever. Ridiculous.

I do not believe that the official Chinese railway APP could not pay by Apple Pay!That is terrible! That’s,Apple Pay should be included!!!

铁路12306 intend to help you buy train tickets but the only outcome is to frustrate you until all tickets are sold out. Lots of bugs and poor experience!

It runs in scaled mode (and forced vertical) on my iPad Pro. It’s inconvenient to operate. Looking forward to a real iPad version

Yo guys u should try use that Xie Cheng app if 铁路12306 don’t allow ur phone number or name to get registered

If you hold non-Chinese passport, even if you are Chinese, use the English version of 铁路12306 . Or else they will keep denying your ID verification and you can’t purchase tickets without verified with your passport. I got denied twice at first, but when switching back to the English version of 铁路12306 , I got quickly approved.

It has a very good UI, the graphics are better than before.
It’s more flow, and more accurate.

If you convert over to the Chinese, use Papago, you get a lot more options and do all the fun things that you see everyone else doing.
