While listening at home, there are some cracking noises, kinda interference type, uninstalled and installed application, didn’t help. Don’t have similar problem with other apps . Don’t know what else to try as application works fine everywhere else… please advise?

How to fix Legimi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Legimi app on iPhone
Update Legimi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Legimi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Legimi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Legimi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Legimi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Legimi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Legimi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Legimi » click [Force Stop]

Update Legimi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Legimi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Legimi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Legimi.

Fix Legimi unable to contact server/ Legimi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Legimi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Legimi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
