It was working for a month until 2 weeks ago. MyDigi starts deducting my money for no reason, which forces me to reload. Upon reloading, the balance was deducted in full over the course of a week. No cellular calls were made and no cellular data were used while the money was deducted. MyDigi stopped showing my account a few days ago. Now I’m not sure if my account is still active.

I wasted half an hour typing in 3 credit cards and none of them took. I think it’s a scam to steal credit card info. I am going to keep an eye on this

Cant log in = cant use it!

It cant be used, what’s the purpose of developing it? Did you at least tried it before you released it?

Stupid digi. Line barred. Made payment, error. Tried again, similar error but both actually went through. Is this part of digi revenue effort?

I choose what apps to use on my ios version. Not because that I have to update my ios version to use your apps.

Hello yellow man. I can't login to this app apps after update to latest version. Any anywrong with the apps? I able to login via website but not from mobile apps.

Refresh after making purchases i.e add quota more laggy. Apps stops awhile and i need to kill it/close the apps then only it refreshes the purchase. I do love previous release

Nope you are not allowed match my email and my phone number which will be sold to third party. You don't need my email address to send the receipts, I should be able download them myself from MyDigi if i want. Information request is handsomely done after keying in phone number and one time PIN. Probably ID and home address afterwards, I havent gone that far.

MyDigi didn't work after the updates for iPhoneX. Shouldn't have updated it. For old iOS (9 and below) user, try not to update it for now.

Doesn't remember sign in details, can't get to the login page. The latest app update is useless, I've had to go back to using sms to get my account info

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a wi/fi, to choose plans you need the digi app and the digi app is always under maintenance ALWAYS, go to the website and it will redirect you to the digi app, can’t even sign in

The worst update ever !!!!! I had to try to login multiple times ! Required tag and then after key it prompt me error ?! Then each time I close MyDigi I need to re login and encounter problem again. Please provide a smooth and easy process to login.

Most people would probably use MyDigi for the Live Chat support and MyDigi fails spectacularly at delivering the chat experience. New messages appear out of focus, usually under the keyboard while you're typing. Chat notifications are not available too.

I went on MyDigi hoping to find about whether i have bills for my data course but i couldn’t log in.
I entered my phone number then it told me to enter an email so i did but it somehow rejected my email.
I personally feel that MyDigi would be a lot better if you could just send the PIN to the number they type in to confirm the user.

Can’t login after install latest version v5.3.3

Please add support in iOS today widget for checking Talktime and Data usage.
