Hero 5, iPhone SE. I can record audio and operate GoPro but no preview and it does not give option to download video. The issue seems the Bluetooth connects but the WiFi is trying but won’t connect to GoPro. Any help?

How to fix Myk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Myk app on iPhone
Update Myk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Myk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Myk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Myk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Myk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Myk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Myk App
1. On android, goto Settings » Myk » click [Force Stop]

Update Myk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Myk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Myk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Myk.

Fix Myk unable to contact server/ Myk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Myk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Myk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Myk
