I’ve been a member for 16 years. After 2 recent experiences I’ve decided to move my accounts to another credit union. 1. Nearly impossible to get through to a human on the phone. 2. When applying for an auto loan I was not treated with respect. Goodbye TFCU.

No available ATMs in other states.
When I had fraudulent charges on my TFCU Visa card, you guys just said - talk to the credit card company, who really jerked me around for over a month.
One person said call a different department and the other department said call the first one back. Then eventually they put part of the money in my checking and gradually put the rest as a credit on my Visa.
It took over a month and many phone calls and waiting, listening to your LONG phone message to get it straightened out - with NO help from TFCU.

App just doesn’t work anymore. Every time I try to open it I get an error message and says to try back later. Been going on for about two weeks now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but did nothing to help it. Used to be great now very frustrating. I used it daily for personal and business now nothing.

Every time I try and make an external transfer TucsonFCU won’t load so then I try their website and that doesn’t work either. Basically TucsonFCU and the website both need fixing.

TucsonFCU works great when I’m in the U.S., but it becomes useless when I travel because it needs to “confirm my identity” every time I update my device. This is a major problem because I get a new SIM card and phone number every time I go to a new country. TucsonFCU only supports sending texts to confirm identity, unlike the desktop version which also gives the option to confirm/verify identity by email. TucsonFCU needs to be updated to allow “confirm identity” by email, instead of only by sending a text.

Great app easy to read. The only issue I have it that you can’t nickname your accounts so you have to remember numbers.

I love how easy it is to access app with just a finger print. I can easily transfer funds & pay bills. I just wish modifying an existing scheduled payment was accessible through TucsonFCU since I don’t always have access to a desk top. I also LOVE the check depositing feature. I used to hate getting checks since they required a drive to the bank, now I’m like “write me a check”. This is my favorite feature :)

Every time I make transaction my update notice arrives a day or two after. If you could please have update alert sooner preferably after transactions . Thank you

I prefer to use TucsonFCU for all my banking, such as check deposits, transfers, and bill pay. It’s so convenient to not make a trip to the credit union. TucsonFCU always works and has had some improvements in the last year.

TucsonFCU is easy to use and always up to date. I have never had an issue with depositing checks remotely, transferring money, or checking my account balances. Very nice
