This is the most behind the times company we’ve dealt with. They do not have a dependable online service. Makes me change my password every single time I attempt to log on..as if I didn’t know my moms middle name. They don’t allow linking accounts to Experian account so that you could build credit, to maybe get a loan with them. Lol what a way to gain business. Looking at other bank options today.

Like many of the other reviews it won’t load hasn’t in the last two months!!

App won’t load once you click on it.

Does not want to load have try for two weeks

I get locked out at least once every other month I have Face ID on and it still says invalid user credentials I put in the correct user name and password still says invalid user credentials I call the bank and it takes 2 or 3 times for them to reset I’m about done with citizens if they can’t get this corrected why would I trust them with my money

Can you please fix your app it will not load it just pops up a grey spinning circle and never loads

The apps isn’t loading. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Update has been done. Still not loading.

When opening CitizensBankofKentucky it will not load! I have deleted and reinstalled and it still will not load!

I’ve had to delete and download multiple times. Always issues when the dreaded password reset occurs. No other app I deal with gives me this much trouble.

Will say one amount for a split second then suddenly change we never know how much we have in the bank anymore CitizensBankofKentucky is so glitchy my husband and I have grown to absolutely hate CitizensBankofKentucky.

CitizensBankofKentucky could work a lot smoother. It’s buggy and photo deposits are slow to register.

Will not load !!!

It will not open... it hasn’t been able to load since they updated the last time

I hate having to change my password every month and why is it always telling you that your security questions are incorrect I know my middle name and I k ow my oldest siblings birthday but according to your app I’m wrong find it very frustrating

Has been a great app but for the last week it will not let me log in also my wife cant log in on her phone too iOS

So many features! 4-digit pin log-in for quick easy access, bill pay, check card activation/deactivation, etc... Not to mention the eclub membership you get w/ the account that includes credit monitoring.

Thank you Citizens National Bank! I've been waiting and waiting for your app to come out! Pretty good app too! Lol
