Acknowledgement pending issues

Our company has been on the phone with tech-support regarding acknowledgment pending’s that never go away. You have to close BE out and go back into BE in order for acknowledgment, time or comments to process. This is never been resolved even after reporting it.
I resorted to using the web version so I can process my work orders.

Poorly Developed App

BE does not communicate with the Building Engines network. If you complete work orders or inspection reports on BE , it does not complete the tasks when you log into your account on the website. App needs to this app trashed and re-developed

Be Newest Version

Issues with acknowledgement clearing.
They changed how to add comments/Close work-orders. Caused lots of grief between supervisor and myself due to lack of training on this app Part. Supervisor didnt know where to find completed notes. Doesnt make sense why you would put it under additional comments under details. When its suppose to this app completed notes and should this app under history. Supervisors do not want to have to open details to see completed notes to many steps for them.
Thanks for causing me more work and stressful issue with supervisor. New version is slower and not user friendly.

Somehow getting worse

BE seems to have more bugs with each update. I can’t even access work orders now. Just a blank white screen.

Go with another app

Nothing but problems, phone app is terrible. Acknowledge issues, sync issues, slow “fixes”

Complaint on work orders

The new update has now changed "work order by Building" to "work order by location", this new application is not convenient for iPhone I noticed in my coworkers galaxy it did not change on the upgrades.

Work order by location does not allow you to see all workflow in a building and makes you select a specific floor specific type of issue but does not allow you to see all open work orders and makes it harder for the user to even find out what is going on in the building. I am a lead engineer and it's important for me to see all workflow and in this case scenario the new upgrade is not user friendly and easy to navigate. The only way I had the ability to see workorders was select each floor and each tenant which made it really difficult seeing as how I run a building of 21 stories with 50 tenants. You can only imagine how long that would take in order to review what open work orders are out there in my property.

Why

Apps a created to keep this simple. Once it’s not simple why should I keep BE .

Needs to be updated for newer phones

Regularly fails to create new work orders. Works fine to view and complete orders though, which is helpful.

No pm's

For several weeks I haven't had any access to my pm's and now it has been stuck on "synchronization" since Friday. (It is now Monday) I tried deleting and re downloading BE and restarting my phone but nothing has worked. This is an issue as I am rarely near a desktop computer and everything comes through my phone. Please help. Thank you

Terrible I cannot assign work orders to my TV without special permission nowhere does it tell us that we need special permission I also cannot delete reoccurring work orders when I no longer need them

BE doesn't work right. I'm very disappointed with BE.

No rotation

It will not rotate on my iPhone or my iPad and I use a key board on my iPad so it needs to rotate

Doesn't open email WO links in app

When receiving workorder requests via email, I find it simplest to open the this app link in the email. This brings you to a webpage, which shortly loads a banner to install BE . When selecting the comment box quickly, many times the banner is right where the comment box was, only .5 seconds before.

Like Using It

I like the improvements but BE needs to this app a faster

Resource management, please!

Please, oh please, add resource management to BE ! It's a great app. That's all it's missing. Nothing fancy: day view and approve/deny functionality is all I need.

Maintenance

I really enjoy this because it gives the freedom to respond quickly and depending on the severity of the job it allows the engineers time to finish the project pending rather then stopping and checking it out
What I would like to see also would this app a place to put more comments and notes on the scheduling for routine assignments

Excellent App

BE is great! Thanks to BE I can now keep track of all my PM's right from my IPhone and do live PM runs on the go. This eliminates the huge paper trail from daily rounds and also keeps it neatly organized.

Highly recommend BE if you are constantly on the go.

Great app to go with BE System

It saves our staff a ton of time to this app able to close out Work Orders on the go. I do wish they had a setting for disabling notifications while engineering and janitorial are off the clock.

Functionality is good. Can only enter time for yourself from app but it works to gather information in the field.
