Functionality

EnterpriseBankPersonal allows you to apply Face ID in order for a person to log in, however a lot of the times I get logged out of my account, unable to use Face ID and even with the right credentials to log back into my account it doesn’t allow for me to login. It’s very inconvenient and I see many user have the same issue as well. This issue needs to be fixed as this all is for users to have a connivence to see their account status. I understand there’s times I can call into the bank, but times where the bank is unreachable this isn’t convenient at all. It’s very disappointing and I love enterprise, but this just doesn’t make sense it’s making me want to switch my bank to something that wouldn’t have this issue with viewing their person banking through their phone.

Good for 2009

App is severely lacking in terms of consumer experience. Slow load times, antiquated user interface, and problematic at least once a month. Only thing it does well is tell me how much is in my bank account, but that rarely even works.

Constantly locking me out for no reason. Choose a better bank

Still crashing

EnterpriseBankPersonal has been crashing for a month now. Seems there’s no fix in site. Called customer service and no fix. Disappointed.

Touch ID not working

Doesn't get prompt to sign in with Touch ID. Have to manually enter the password 😪😪

App needs updating

After years of using EnterpriseBankPersonal for banking, I’ve repeatedly received an error message that states the device has violated security policies. This message cannot be dismissed and EnterpriseBankPersonal is rendered useless. My phone is not jailbroken. The customer service rep says Apple needs to fix this. All other internet searches indicate the developers need to update EnterpriseBankPersonal to conform to Apple iOS updates. Please fix this! It’s happening with frequency.

so aggravating

Logs me out almost every day, then says there is an issue. Can’t even check my accounts sometimes because of “technical difficulties”

Transactions post slowly

It’s not the apps fault, I guess, but the bank transactions are “pending” FOREVER. It’s noon on Monday and nothing from F, S, S still haven’t posted. Using my budgeting app is much more difficult because the transactions don’t upload to it until they’ve cleared. I get that the bank isn’t open at times, but is that necessary for digital transactions??

Inconsistent

Half the time the “View my Card” doesn’t work.
Very frustrating.

Face ID

Face ID does not work for EnterpriseBankPersonal on the iPhone X. Even though I repeatedly turn Face ID on in EnterpriseBankPersonal , it prompts me every time I try to sign in for my password. Please fix or don’t even bother asking me to turn on Face ID every time I log in because it will not work.

First time user

After using other online banking platforms this is somewhat cumbersome but useable. Took me a while to find the period character for dollar amount in deposit.

Its okay

Its okay, it has a lot of updates and will go down or crash during those times but outside of that it gets the job done.

Bug

Every time EnterpriseBankPersonal gets an update Face ID gets turned off in settings

It is difficult to add bills with this new update. I can’t find where to add.

best mobile apps I’ve ever used for banking. Easy to use and customer support is great. Love this bank. They know how to do things right!

Technology like a big bank, personal service like a small local bank. Having access to my accounts at the touch of a finger as well as the ability to turn my card off when needed immediately if stolen or forgotten.!! Transfers from account to account Super easy. Love the Enterprise Bank app.!!!!
