Nothing on the app loads and can’t contact developer

The app downloads but nothing will load no matter the connection. I tried to use the customer support page but the website is not secure so no browser can access it. I remember the app being great a few years ago so I wanted to download it again.
Wrong music displaying on the player

I love the songs on Indieshuffle but the app is absolutely frustrating for me. Most especially because the music player always displays a different song than what’s playing. Another one is when I’ve favorited a song and it shows that I haven’t so I do it again and so it cancels what I do the first time lol it’s driving me nuts
PLAYLIST NOT WORKING!

I like that I can listen to music ad free, however the playlist part of the app isn’t working for me? Anyone else? I go to make a playlist/add things to playlist and then go over to the playlist tab and nothing is there. I’ve refreshed it and redownloaded the app :-/
I’m not sure what to do at this point.
