Hello, I have tried many, many times to adjust the return dates on my October bookings. There is no international number for contact. How can I resolve this situation? Hugh Hugh Little

My Thalys application was not opening. Stayed on the 'red' page for ages. I removed the app and re-installed it. Now it goes to the menu, but when I am trying to go to my account or my tickets it tells me 'an error occured' and refresh. I am on the latest iOS version on an iPhone. Really irritating Thanks for your help

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Thalys app issues:

Force Stop the Thalys App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Thalys app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Thalys to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Thalys App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Thalys app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Thalys.

Fix Thalys unable to contact server/ Thalys internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Thalys » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Thalys » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
