Only shows a static photo of a train. I first thought it needs some time to load and the photo is a splash screen, but until now I never got past the photo. It has changed once, though, so now I see a different picture of a train. I forgot about the app (my next THALYS travel is still a few weeks away), but today the app sent me a notification that I have the chance to win something. I checked if it works now, but no, there is still only a picture of a train. So: not good for train travel or ticket management. Great if you like to stare at images of trains and get the occasional spam notification.

This app has the potential to be quite useful but in its current incarnation its rubbish. Why do I need to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME? Why do I have to remember a ten digit number so I can log onto thalys card? Why doesn't the app remember? Why do I have to choose my country and language EVERY SINGLE TIME? Either fix this crap or allow me to send the tickets to passbook on the phone so I can access them when I want without having to consistently put in the Sam information over and over again.

You have to be connected to the internet to access your ticket. No internet, no ticket. This put me in a bad situation on the train when the controller asked to see my ticket in the train as I had no access to the internet. Also, you have to sign in each time you use the app. If you have a The Card number you have to look it up and enter it for each use. Terrible.
