I like that I can see my hours and paycheck. But I have had to change my password 6 times to get in Netchex - ridiculous - I wish Netchex had the ability to clock in and out when on the correct network, instead of having to go online to clock in and out

Everytime I try to log into my account it says I’m unable to connect to my network. I have wifi and great service on my phone. I don’t know what else to do. FIX IT PLEASE

I can log in on the website just fine but when I log in on Netchex it says my info is wrong?? SAME login info and still does not work!!

We just switched to this app from ADP, and the login errors for Netchex are ridiculous. This needs to be fixed or you need to just take Netchex down.

When I login and click on pretty much any function I get an error stating it cannot connect to the network.

I was able to use Netchex one time that’s the day I downloaded now it says I don’t have access please fix this

All you can do is look at your check stub. It would be great if you had the ability of clock in and out from Netchex .
